Nadao spends a lot of money in delivering good quality series, unlike other companies that prefer quantity over quality, that's the reason of such prices. I believe I heard that each episode costs them around a million Baht.
If you can't rent them it's OK, you can watch the episodes anywhere else and just support the series by streaming the OSTs on Youtube (not skipping ads), Spotify, etc., buying their merch if you can, watching on Line TV with a VPN to give them views, voting for the actors and show in awards, and a few other things, there's no reason to be this upset about prices but I get it.

if they ever do a season 3 I think it'd be Nanno defeating Junko and Yuri, because from the ending I'm guessing she was given a second chance or she wasn't completely mortal? I don't know but I doubt that season 3 protagonists will be those two

I think he did, he talked about being careful about the flame and that stuff, what I understood is that he thought of their relationship as something that shouldn't stand out and shouldn't go further, so even if he felt something towards konno, he wouldn't say.
