"The drama adaptation made it seem their sacrifice was useless because all they had to do was just wait a few more months until that new weapon came into being". while yes on paper that is what the drama depicts but we have to remember that one of the main themes of this drama was the exploitation of children/teens/students by ADULTS. the key point that people are missing is that they shouldn't have been put in this situation at all. Through the manipulations, threats and coercion of ADULTS, these kids were forced to grow up too fast and the emotional and mental trauma that they endured shouldn't have been their burden alone. THE ADULTS FAILED THESE CHILDREN. i think this was highlighted subtly through the fact that wars were over in a matter of months thanks to the recreation of weapons.
the synopsis reminds me a little bit of How to get away with murder (Viola Davis (Annalise Keating)). If it is any like that show I am going to really like this drama.
Idk but you can watch in Kissasian or dramacool. It's not in netflix but it's not in viki either
thank you, someone commented that you can catch on viu but it viu isn't avaviable in most western countries so i guess i will have to use kissasian or dramacool.
My first Kdrama. It might not be perfect but it has a special place in my heart. Plus it introduced me to Park Seo Joon, Kim Da Mi. Kwon Na Ra, Yoo Jae Myung, Kim Dong Hee and many more.
This was the first J-drama I have watched and I wasn't disappointed. Episode 2 &3 are amazing, brilliant, masterpieces. The writing and acting are superb and you really fall in love with a lot of the characters. The only probably I had is that some on the character were a bit underdeveloped and had rushed character backstory before they might they end. Other than that the show was amazing.
