The "Bob Marley" impression is not an impression. Its a blatant form of black face as they darkened a Korean man's skin and gave him dreads. To make matters worse, they always have flies circling around the guy and even showed him pulling bugs out of his hair which feeds into the stereotype of black people not washing their hair and suggests that they're "dirty". The character is just so unnecessary, his character would have been just fine if they didn't give him these characteristics. I don't have any other issues with the show other than this. If they wanted to portray diversity, theres many other ways they could've done so :)
