I've been telling myself not to start this so soon because it will only finish airing in April. With deep regret, I have to say that I wasn't successful in my resolve and I have started this. Don't know if I should be happy because it's good, or sad because I started it too soon.
Beautiful performance by Roy Chiu (as always). Tiffany Hsu complemented him really well. This movie was worth a watch for their beautiful chemistry despite the cliched plot.
I've seen him in a number of dramas but I can say that I've fallen in love with him after Yasha. A great actor who's also quite the looker. Now I need to see more of his main roles.
This is HANDS DOWN the best version out of all the various adaptations. All the characters seemed human, especially the leads. Kotoko wasn't just a stupid senseless stalker. While she fangirled over Irie, she didn't just take everything he did & said. She stood up to him, spoke her mind & won him over with her sincerity & effort. IMO she wasn't as clingy or stupid as in the other versions. Irie, too, wasn't as insensitive or cold. He smiled, and we see him notice Kotoko's efforts from the beginning. You can see his feelings for her grow & evolve slowly. Unlike the other versions he acknowledged her efforts various times. The mum, too, wasn't as forceful with her wish for Kotoko & Irie to be together. She was sweet. This is a MUST WATCH for those who love this franchise. It is short, sweet & heartwarming :) Definitely my favourite, very close to the Taiwanese version.
He has made so many brilliant movies.
Somebody, please recommend me some light-hearted or passionate BL stories, thank you :)

That started before it ended :(
Now that they've given us S2, I demand a S3!
