aah I love them so much!! I watched the special edit version today and damn. That's even better somehow. I now want to watch second season and the movie.
Nevermind, I read the first review and now understood what the differences are, beside those I already spotted. I guess this version is good, too. I liked it a lot, anyway. It's much more engaging if you watch the first season as a movie. Now I want a movie of the second season too, special edit style. This way, we'll have 3 movies instead of two series and a movie.
And now I want to watch second season and movie Eternal. They're so good. You don't understand, this is my favorite JBL. Like ever. I love them so much <3 HiraKiyoi forever. Eternal!
Finally watched it but idk where the extra scenes are supposed to be. Except maybe at the very end? But they cut some stuff from the original, a few internal monologues by Hira. What gives? Although the movie format makes it nice to watch, I can give them that.
9/10. It's actually good. A lot of things have been said about this drama but most aren't correct. Not entirely anyway.
The age gap aside, this is a solid JBL. I liked the lighting and cinematography. Soundtrack was good too. What else? I didn't expect it but the story is good enough. I'll be watching the second season as well.
9.5 just because I thought it's going to have 10 episodes and now they're hitting us with a special next week. Or are they? I really want the special episode you have no idea. Really good intimacy and chemistry. Finally a 2026 JBL that isn't boring.
I was going to drop this at episode 4 but today I decided to power through and finish all remaining episodes in one day... And it's true. This series is better off binge watched rather than watching each week. 8.5 out of 10 for the amazing kisses and NC scenes alone. I think a full point is only for those. The supernatural fantasy element wasn't my cup of tea though. But it gets the story going so whatever. I don't think I can go higher in score for this one but I can get lower a bit. Anyway, good intimacy and chemistry was through the roof.
They were good. Great even. A show that will be among my faves for a long time. 9.5 out of 10 because they could have picked up the pace here and there and they do suffer sometimes from fish kisses. But overall very good. I just can't give it a full 10. Maybe on a second viewing? Who knows.
It was something. I gave it a 6 but could probably go higher and lower at the same time. The views on this show seem to be different from person to person and that's normal and to be expected. I was enjoying the short format of the episodes though. I was saying "I'll watch this one first because it's shorter" every time 😂
