I know, right?? I was going to comment that. He always plays the second lead but never the first lead (and by that, he never gets the girl).

Ahh what a pity. He's really handsome and his voice is ~~ wow.

I was sooo excited for this. I finished watching episode 1 and the second hand embarrassment is so high and has gone through the roof that I don't know if I can keep watching this, omg. One thing for sure, I loveee Seo In Guk's character already (high school boy version).

Continuing my comment but with explanations now. His past (being haunted and scared by ghosts everywhere when he was a kid, and because of that being alienated from his classmates and kindergarten friends), his present (being a secretive loner who has no friends (because of the ghost thing)), fighting ghost by punching them (Natsume and his grandma always punched ghosts to get them away from them). I'm on episode 5 but ahh~~ he reminds so much to Natsume every time we see his past and see how lonely he is without friends in college.

Am I the only one who sees Natsume (from Natsume Yuujinchou) in Bong Pal?? I swear to God he's Natsume!! There are many things that reminds me of him every time I see Bong Pal.

From a hater to a lover, I can't believe this. I will be rewatching this time and time again :) it's that good ~~

Even though in the first episodes he starts seeing things in her that reminds him of his best friend, it's all just him being suspiscious. The official, big finding out doesn't happen until episode 11. In episode 11 he finally finds out the truth.

Ughh, I'm just so mad with the male lead and it's just the second episode! Really wanting to drop this... I don't know what to do... Please, tell me that he stops being such a huge a$$hole in the next episode or so, because I don't think I will stand any more of his jerk-y antics.

edit---- I'm just gonna put this on hold and go watch some cute fluffy drama like Weightlifting Fairly Kim Bok Joo, because the male lead in this one made me so mad that I'm thinking in dropping this, but I really want to watch more just to see if it gets any better... I really like the plot. Ugh.

I really liked it but there were two major obstacles that kept me from continuing this. First, it was that I was rooting more for the second lead and I know that he won't get the girl at the end :( and Second, was that I really dislike the male lead's mom who's always mistreating Jang Mi and always getting away with no punishment at all. Sure, Ki Tae yelled at her a little when she locked up Jang Mi in the darkness in the hospital (it was a serious matter because of her trauma) but that was all, no further punishment or she owning up to her wrong doings. And the aunt is just as bad. So yeah, these two factors made me give up in the drama, I'm sorry :( :( :(

I just finished watching Queen In Hyun's Man and it was soo good and became one of my favorites. And like you said... I can't stop thinking about it, so let's try this and see if it indeed works to distract me from that other drama. :) Thank you!

I'm currently watching this and I'm on episode 8. Ugh, please, PLEASE tell me that Ki Tae's mother gets what she deserves later?? Like, everything she's done to Jang Mi and she won't be scolded? At least a little?

So far, no one has stood up to her, everyone's just easily forgiving her for all she's done (kidnapping and triggering Jang Mi's trauma, insulting her constantly while disguising them in pretty words, and also all the "rules" Jang Mi will have to follow once she's married to Ki Tae? Those sexist rules, cooking and doing everything for her husband, even quitting her job because he's more important/managing his house is more important).

I'm really liking this, but I just hate how the mother mistreats Jang Mi so much and always gets her way and no one fights her or calls her off for all her bad deeds, and even Jang Mi just keeps being nice to her?? Whyyy D:
