I thought of western stuff while writing that comment too but I disagree on unnecessary. If you are a good writer you know how to not make that happen. And those extra 10, 15 minutes could be spent on the individual characters so maybe we know what else they like to do. Or maybe some friend group scenes because so far those friends are useless to the story. Or maybe for the side couple because so far they are a nothing burger

One thing I'll never understand why GMMTVs stuff is always 45/50 min but stuff from other companies that airs either on the same streaming platform or tv channel is longer. like i get there is set tv runtime but this is why you put uncut on streaming platforms!!! but ALL of their stuff tv or streaming is 45/50 min . Like nowadays that short duration is NOTHING
