Where did you read it? Does it have an english translation?

I haven’t read the novel, but I would like to if I had access to it because I think I will enjoy the story more as a novel. The show just feels like there’s so much monologues and inner thoughts left out which a novel wouldnt have. (found the eng trans of novel but contemplating on buying because it’s expensive)
