Yep that ending is incredible, awesome, amazing, even in the untamed or guardian's ending not really feel complete like this, i think this ending maybe better than the novel's source, it is just that i hope that the comment below spoiler that i read if wen ke xing save gu xiang and cao wei ning is true then it is really would be happier than in the novel, where both gu xiang and cao wei ning reincarnate but of course they would forget everything, and that kind of ending kinda bittersweet feeling in the novel.

Watched the special episode despite i am still far behind..........., but this Word of Honor drama just set up a higher level for bromance drama.

No i don't want drama that ruin bromance like my roommate is a detective, my heart couldn't stand it LOL.

April 18, need to be patient patient. Winner is king, i hope the drama is as good as word of honor, after all it is priest's novel. A league of nobleman in the middle of the year, OMG, it is just 24 episodes but need to wait.......(the trailer is awesome). In darkness, don't know much, about the novel or the actors. I hope many bromance drama would begin filming like global entrance examination etc, the wait is torture. Thanks for the info^^

But high budget drama usually have popular actors in it like immortality's protagonist.

I put it in my currently watching list but of course still zero episode, the things i am afraid about republician drama is the ending. I don't like sad ending but almost 90 percentage for me to watch it even though the ending is sad cause i don't think other dramas are very interesting beside WOH.

If you are hoping for hikaru no go's level, then you would be disppointed. The supporting characters are the true professional players than the two male leads but they seem to be set as stone to be step up by the two nonsense protagonist that don't even focus or love ping pong very much (that's my impression after watched until episode 22).

Sadly liu shi, fu jing chuan are not main characters, they are set to become stone to be step up by the two male leads, just look at fu jing chuan's ankle has problem, liu shi is set to always helping xu tan in ping pong as his practice friends. I don't think this drama worth my time. I plan to search for other dramas that are good.

Your summary about this drama are 100% right. But the problem that's weird when i checked at douban the rating about 6.9? Even legend of fei about 5.6 and i think the legend of fei is much much better than this drama, the rating is weird, i feels like the scriptwriter have a problem in writing ping pong stories, do you read manga blue lock? It is about football stories and they are serious in playing not for benefit for popularity but to be the strongest in the world, that's really a goal that excited me so much than this drama. This ping pong doesn't have a point, it is just nonsense about youth searching for love not love for the country or the ping pong that they gave up their studies and to fight, to survive in this path since there are elimination system, yet this two still can keep in national team despite fighting with the coach, not listening to the coach, busy with girlfriends, and the other busy want to confess despite the other girl is in dillema to take exam for college. I want to say harsh words about this drama.

If compare with hikaru no go, this drama pale so much. This drama has very annoying romances, really weird punishment that don't make sense in ping pong sport. I barely withstand it with scene when they focus on ping pong. I wouldn't accept looking at this two male lead that don't respect sport at national team lol, it just doesn't make sense others player has much more concentration than them, and they should be the real great ping pong player than them.

When i don't expect something, i just gets really surprised by the chemistry of xiao zhan and wang yi bo, also zhang zhi han and simon gong. If this drama doesn't get such a huge attention and rumoured high budget, i don't mind with the casting at all be it the unknown or whatever, but this time it is really huge attention grabbing drama, and the expection is already high several levels, so i just expect more of the casts.........., except the director really seeing something from them that's makes them enough to bear all this huge attention and expectation as xie lian and hua cheng.

And i don't think i want to see xie lian is feminime enough, i want an actor that could give the balance, beautiful (can be said handsome it is just more to aesthetic that can be said pretty like simon gong), warm, at the same time show the strength as a man like what zhang zhi han or xiao zhan did with their own bromance drama.
