I don't think its that deep. The reason he just keeps being a pushover is probably because he is sure he likes only JE and nothing can happen between him and Minju. But yes i do want him to put that boundary but seems like writers have another plan. Giving YJ a taste of his own medicine lmao😂 They are gonna make Minju fall in love with JH🤭 i cannot wait for his reactions😆

I think if we go by this then ML does not like his gf since he felt weird when she changed to a man. However, Yuri probably had a gendered bias. So once she saw her bestie as a man she saw it very differently. This is actually deep because she even said indirectly something in the terms of her liking Ji Hyun even if he turns back to a girl it does not matter if its her best friend 🤭 In ideal scenario i would ship them but i know its a kdrama probably they cannot make this happen😭 But sometimes societal norms may not let many people see their best friend's in a different light. For example even i did not see my bestfriend in a different light until he asked me out. It took me few months and then flirting and some stuff. So even in general its just a trigger you need to see someone in a different way i guess? Also what's bad if Yuri has a crush on her bestie's M version just because he is handsome. I think it's a normal thing if someone does cute and small things for you on birthdays, daily 🙈🤭

In episode 3, when the ML talked about moms being human and selfish, he stressed the resentment part, which made me feel like he hated that she ended the pregnancy. I agree she was wrong for not telling him. Now she’s pregnant by
someone else and happy about it. It raises the question of whether she never loved the ML enough or just didn’t want a child with him- It could also be that they had issues back then and it wasn’t the right time for her to have a kid. Nothing is clear yet. He’s probably the victim because he’s the ML, and I hope there’s good reasoning for that. Until then, I probably shouldn’t side with either one because I don’t have enough reasoning – I just saw episode 3 and came to that conclusion.

Also, the word “abortion” is a trigger for me because, in the real world, many women aren’t given the right to choose for themselves and are treated badly if they do. Not all women get the right to make that choice, and it feels horrible when dramas or films portray abortion as an evil act and women who choose it as villains.
Lastly, I am very happy to be wrong. I love this show so far!

Agreed. I really hope so too. Because even i hope they don't focus on abortion rather her lack of communication. It was sad.

I just hope it's not like that and the lift event happens later again and when they wake up they actually changed their life 😭 and the previous life was a dream instead or something 🤭

So, they make the ML look like the victim of the breakup because he resents his ex for having an abortion, even though they had already agreed they’d never have a baby after marriage? I wish he didn’t abandon or resent her for that - like, wow. That really gave me the ick. K-dramas keep pushing these ideas. If a woman chooses to focus on her career or live her life without having a baby, that’s her choice. Sure, it was wrong of her not to tell him first, but aside from that, I’m glad she’s now happily living with someone who probably understands her better. She deserves that - someone who won’t stop loving her over something she likely did for herself and still felt sad about.

Yes exactly! Also i feel she was not completely in love with SML it was mostly platonic. Since she thought she was betrayed by FML who does not clear the misunderstanding by assuming FL won't believe him anyway he made it easier for FL and SML get closer. I think FL wanted a companion on her side while growing older and thats it. Since they spent almost two decades together she cared and missed him. We can clearly see that when in their present life even though she misunderstood Ml killed her she was still curious about him and angry and same does not happen with SML when she realised he killed her. Strong emotions were mostly reserved for ML so its evident she could not move on from him but did not want to show that weakness so she kept all that feelings to herself.

Ah in real life i would chase the guy who likes me for real. I dumped a guy who was confused and went for a guy who really liked me 🤭 So I would dare not talk about that. However i also know girls who are stubborn about liking a person who does not treat them well. I have been there before. I guess forgetting first love with all the hopes that guy has given its so hard. Especially when you know that guy likes you too. Its sad but true 😭

It's easier said then done in real life too. Feelings cannot be controlled nor can it be directed rationally. Initially i was questioning about LYT as well like why she is behind that guy but i understood something both of them her and JQX both love each other in their own way. He was not taught to show emotions and you will see how he grows along with her. They were meant to be. No other person would make her happy. It's JQX and only him that she has given her heart too. Its basically her saying that she feels that he is her and she is him. To someone who has sold their soul like that its truely one of a kind crazy love. They are crazy about each other they cannot see anyone else 🤣
