I really like how quickly they resolved the dating other people misunderstanding and that they didn't leave it sit til tomorrow. And that they made the resolution to it quite charming and it felt like it moved their relationship forward.

I'm hoping his reaction turns into a "what if we got engaged instead?" situation 🤞

She seems to believe the other girl had it coming for lying/being clingy/coming from a bad background. It's giving incredibly sheltered rich girl who just fully believes his nonsense and forces the situation to match her worldview. She seems to have a "that could never happen to ME mindset". She seems to just be valuing his political connections through his dad, and thinking her wealth, beauty, and good reputation makes her safe from suffering the other woman's fate. 💀

I get that she wants his powerful father's connections to up her status, and him having no morals probably makes him a practical choice for scheming her cousin out of her inheritance but liiiiike he could kill her next 💀

I was thinking the same thing! And they could work well scheming together 😆

Episode 11 😭 I thought we were going to have a bit of nice romantic Sanchez side plot, that was so heartbreaking 💔

I think she wasn't born that way based on the flashback where the shaman said something about how she had seen death. However, based on the way they styled her very differently in that scene I think she's been like this for quite some time (maybe since teenage or college years?)

It genuinely does feel like a happy ending when you get there after all the drama in the episodes. For people who watched when it was first airing many expected no happy ending at all, as they were very unlikely to show something as political as defecting or Korean unification on TV, so the ending we got was much happier than many people expected at the time.

I legit think this every time I finish a currently airing drama, the credits roll and in the back of my mind I think "This has nothing on Crash Landing finale of February 2020" 😭
