I said what I said. Laugh if you like. Nope, there were definitely some comments criticizing her acting saying she wasn’t good enough to be next to the ML and someone said her acting was childish—not sure if they meant the character or the actress herself. Certainly, the latter would make no sense because I’m sure this woman is not at all childish IRL. Anywho….

I feel I need to add my two cents and defend the actress against critics who said her acting isn’t good. Are you kidding me?! This actress is outstanding! Bai Baihe’s gentle, understated style and mesmerizing voice are on par with other outstanding actresses like Crystal Liu (Dream of Splendor, Meet Yourself), Zhou Xun (Imperfect Victim), Li Xiao Ran (Because of Love) and Zhao Li Ying (Wild Bloom, Story of Minglan). I definitely will be following her future dramas from now on.

The Director gave us a bed scene with the ex and the best friend. Ughhh 😩. Unbelievable.

Same. The illogical circular reasoning of time-travel plots is always problematic for me. Time-travel plots, therefore, are my least favorite genre.

The best friend loved him first. She was hurt too when he married the FL. Mind-boggling that she stayed in their lives with her feelings being what they were. For her to love such a scoundrel after all these years makes no sense to me.

I find Shaungguan insufferable with her constant saccharin-y sweet smile. Ruthless, scheming people who put on a smiling facade are the worst to me. The actress is just killing it though. Would never have guessed this “Time and Him Are Just Right” actress had this kind of range.

I fall asleep during every episode. Have to rewind multiple times just to finally get through the whole episode. The comments are more interesting than the drama, to be honest. Will be good for bingeing later though after all the episodes are out.

The ex-husband is trash. He hurt both women. Mind-boggling that the best friend has been waiting for this trash.

At the start of the drama though, when the brides were imprisoned, didn’t Shangguan catch his eye first? He didn’t seem into YWS at first.

For me, it was “Love Like the Galaxy.” I found that plot very complex as I was watching it. If not for the lit and extremely smart comments, I wouldn’t have known what was going on. This board and discussion is lit like that one was.

What’s the significance of the tattoo? Why was he worried that she might’ve seen it? Why did she deny seeing the tattoo?
