I just finished episode 3 and this is amazing. I'm not use to seeing Shu Xin in such roles and so far, she is…
Love seeing Esther like this too! She’s nailing the angst, the martial arts, and the mysterious, strategic survivalist of the character. No baby voice! But, I love her baby-voiced antics in other dramas as well.

Hate to say it, but the second lead couple is totally stealing the show. They are fire to me. Esther and Linghe kinda put me to sleep. Love them, but, well, yeah…

I can't watch this lovely 🫣grandmother being manipulated from everyone and she used to be a successful business…
She seemed to already know a little about her grandson’s crimes, however—just not the the extent that Tianlei revealed. So, maybe she’s not as sweet as she appears. She was complicit in hiding the truth about Ke.

Oh, somebody's jealous. LOL. I kind of liked that. Also... is it me or is Song kind-of-maybe-probably interested…
He was interested in her at first sight. Only reined it in when he learned who she was. But, yeah, I think a fire is burning underneath all that bickering.

Oh he is not , wait to see more of his drawings 😁😁
That was a bit shady, well, a straight up lie as you said, and pretty selfish to put his parents through that. Mildly questionable behavior, but not the absolute worst, in my opinion. This isn’t murder or high treason. But, it definitely reflects an “all’s fair in love and war” mindset. Yeah, he’s not that simple and innocent at all.

Title Forever Love Spoiler
could someone give me a synopsis
A blind heiress is nearly defrauded of her inheritance by people close to her. But, thanks to her handsome bodyguard, the truth of the perpetrators is revealed. Turns out, however, the bodyguard is not who he appears to be and the heiress puts up her defenses against him as well. They have a deeper history that she doesn’t understand.

Ahhh, I see…different strokes for different folks. Anywho, I think the writer’s giving the FL a rambunctious little sis to look after makes the FL’s life more robust and interesting, less one-dimensional than if all she had was her ex-husband and a best friend. I normally don’t like too many side characters in a drama, but this is clearly more slice-of-life than lovey-dovey romance. So, the well-rounded depiction of family relationships makes sense to me.

I’m just the opposite. SY’s friend and that girl are too antagonistic towards each other. I get weary of their childishness. But, I like how SY’s friend is steering her clear of SY so SY’s relationship with the FL can blossom undisturbed. Ready for that girl to give up her crush already. Wheareas JB’s little sister—what an awesome character! A girl captain on a male hockey team—how progressive! We saw this in “My Unicorn Girl” somewhat, but this drama is more serious than that one, showing the challenges not merely the humor of the situation. Love the potential romance building between the two hockey player friends. And the way she avenged her sister against that cheating scum—loved that too. Foolhardy and dangerous. 🏍 But, it all worked out.

Title Doctor Slump
Park Shin-hye is not bad at these scenes. She just doesn't want to kiss anyone like she would kiss her boyfriend/husband.…
Yep, I do! If I know a drama will have good kiss scenes, I am more likely to watch it. If it’s romance or romcom, but not even one good kiss, I feel let down. I will admit kdramas are entertaining even without the kiss, but a good kiss makes it more satisfying after all that great buildup of chemistry. Like “Heirs” was very good, but nary a good kiss left me feeling unsatisfied. But, I loved the drama.
