I’m seeing mixed comments about this drama, is it disappointing? I was really looking forward to it, waiting…
The FL actress is great when she’s in general-mode, but she’s pretty cringe when she’s in cutesy-flirty-baby-voice mode. The ML actor is consistent and emotes the most swoonworthy stares and smoldering 🔥tension. Sometimes the drama feels like a romcom. Sometimes it feels like a proper serious drama. I wish the director would have picked a lane. The plot is great, but the development could be better.
I am only at Episode 3.Can someone please explain the part (episode 2) where Xiu Xiu came to the Fei’s House…
The scheming sis-n-law faked the “consummation” blood on the cloth by pricking her own finger. She did it to fool Xiuxiu that the marriage was real. No consummation occurred on the wedding night. Terrible woman 😒
I am writing this cause at least someone will see different comment. This is more starting to be abomination.…
Same. FL actress is acting exactly as she did in Love Me Love My Voice. 😑OMGGGGG. I really like Ryan Cheng, but his character here hasn’t shown much range. I need a bit more from him. I really enjoy his microexpressions. He reminds me of Zhang Wan Yi (ML in Are You The One?) a bit.
I can never look at her the same way after watching The Hidden Face. I try not to but whenever I read her name…
I can’t get over how unlikable she was in Yumi’s Cells, Reborn Rich, and Do You Like Brahms? She was always a bi-otch in every drama she was in (at least, all the ones I saw). I don’t know how she was in Flex Cop—apparently she was good in that. Didn’t watch.
The plot sounds right up my alley. Cold, obnoxious but hilarious CEO—been waiting forever to see Seo In Guk do a role like this. I’m laughing already 😄. Tropes—bring it on! The FL actress is not one of my favorites, but I will give anything a try for Seo In Guk.
