I wondered this as well. She might’ve figured it out. Or, it could’ve been that she just wanted to cut contact with all relationships (even virtual ones) that made her happy because she wanted to cut complete ties with her past. She felt she didn’t deserve anything good, even this virtual relationship. Still not sure if she actually knew it was Sang Yan, but perhaps their online conversations might’ve given it away. She’s a smart girl, quick to figure things out.

It is definitely happy. It is full of happy, healing , calming vibes. So, actually, it is more like My Little Happiness than I thought. It has its own unique style though.

No, not at all. Totally different vibes. This has a Springtime, earthy, romantic vibe, with flowers everywhere and Chinese herbs, TCM jargon & techniques, and a picturesque, lush resort all adding to the charm of the setting. The ardent pursuits by both MLs are similar perhaps, but Zhang Ling He has his own special rizz. If I’m being honest though, the kissing in “My Little Happiness” was hotter, steamier. “The Best Thing” has more of a sweet vibe, rather than steamy vibe. But, the drama isn’t over and they just started dating; so, I might have to eat my words on that point.
