Yeah I believe its true that LLTG has not attracted the big bucks from advertisers. Unemployment among age 16-24…
Personally I think this drama shouldn't be aimed towards only young people but I was previously replying about how this drama isn't getting enough investors because ??? it's aim for youths or the two actors are too young and their fans are young... I'm not sure, im just asking @PeachBlossomGoddess to clarify what they were saying.
He is more veteran and more known so obviously he's the first billing
Yeah I don't follow dramas that closely, mainly watch certain type of genre when it comes dramas and don't usually watch dramas just for the actors. The only drama i watched that has Wu Lei in it was The Long Ballad so I'm not sure how popular he is but as long as the two mains are happy then all is good.
CloudA wrote before and I agreed that this drama aired much more faster then should be, I also thought it will…
XZ fan here! XZ is very hardworking and he always aims to improve his acting skills. He's quite versatile in all his roles. By the way XZ's fanbase has a huge range in age from teens to seniors. But I hope this dramas get more investors because I believe people shouldn't invest in drama just for the actors but also the quality of the drama

>.> I find that a little belittling to Lu Si. Vet or not, first billing should be to the most important character and one that the story revolves around. Both are big names, I might understand if Lu Si was new and very unknown but she isn't. By the way, not a fan of both the leads but this billing issue rubs the wrong way.
Question: not trying to start some MeToo movement here but why is Lu Si's name listed behind Lu Wei's name for casting? The story revolves around Cheng Shao Shang not Ling Bu Yi. It is obvious, that she has more scenes than him. Is it because male actors are always listed before female actors?

Ill give you the link to the playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIPiKkS-FpK8NGwB9A9pSaSgelTa7amNa - not trying to advertise another drama on Love Like the Galaxy's page but just trying to help out a fellow drama watcher. I used that link and got VIP from that youtube page to watch the drama
Hmmm.: the current trend of C-dramas : No wedding for main leads, weddings only for 2nd Leads š š š
To be honest, I didn't feel the chemistry between Lu Si and Yang Yang... maybe because I feel Yang Yang's acting is too stiff. As good looking as Yang Yang is ... I feel his acting is meh. Lu Si, I'm ok with, her acting is suited for the roles she gets but she needs versatility. WRTW on the other hand, I loved the action scenes but the romance not much.

Oh and being a Xiao Zhan fan :) The Longest Promise is coming up soon that's something I look forward to. Hopefully it will come after Love Like the Galaxy so that I can just concentrate on following one drama at a time. I don't like splitting my attention between two dramas at once.

I'm into historical settings especially C dramas. New dramas that I would recommend: Dreams of Splendor and The Legendary Life of Queen Lau. Dreams of Splendor is very unique and artsy and elegant. Dreams of Splendor and Love Like the Galaxy have the same emperor lol. Amazing acting from really good actors. The Legendary Life of Queen Lau is fun and lighthearted and pretty unique plot.
I also want see them married even a bit, but I try not hope for it, to not feel disappointed later)) Novel not…
this makes me sad.....I hope for a miracle. Drama doesn't need to follow the novel 100% of the time. Please director Fei, wedding scene, I know you ship the two main leads together so do us all a favor and use your creativity to make a nice wedding scene then family scene.
PLEASE!!! don't make us wait till the last episode to have the main leads get married!! It's the most annoying thing that any drama can do. We fans would like a legit wedding scene between the main leads not just some stupid engagement yeah yeah lets get engage and marry in the future. with 56 episodes there needs to be a wedding! Wedding should not be the end game or ending, instead it should be part of the process. We want some family scenes because honestly both leads need some happy family love and warmth. I don't mind if they take up a whole episode just for a wedding.
Finished watching Dream of Splendor before watching this drama and the ending had me rolling my eyes. WHERE IS THE WEDDING!!!
