\o/ i watched the proposal scene many times and only fully watch it once lol I mainly skipped the insult part... i can't handle it... no one, no child, no adult, not even your enemies should be insulted like that.

we need Love Like The Galaxy withdrawal help! I just can't seem to get into any of the new dramas.... I might need to rummage through the old dramas to get something to watch.

I think CSS is doing a good job when no one cared or taught her anything. At least she didn't grow up to be some shallow nasty lady like those high rank ones.

I rewatched episode 24 again.... I noticed CSS face was shocked?? scared? when LBY purposed so maybe the parents was ready to decline the marriage no matter what. Their way was wrong but then at the end CSS dad stated they were declining because they thought CSS didn't have any kind of relationship with LBY that's why they refused profusely.

I rewatch episode 24 a few times. I'm thinking why the Cheng parents did that..... I think they are they type of family at least the parents, don't want to be in the spotlight, don't want to tangle with aristocrats and high rank people. They want to stick to their humble background perhaps??? I don't know or maybe they just don't want the trouble that comes with marrying a high rank family. Same thing happened with Lou Yan's family, they didn't want CSS to marry into that family too.

I know that some asian parents are always praising other people's kids when they are comparing other people's kids to their own kids but nope they won't say something like, if I weren't her mother I wouldn't allow her marry into our family kind of talk. If you think your own kid is so worthless yet you did nothing for the past 10 years in terms of teaching your kid then you should be blaming yourself! You neglect your duty as a parent yet you shamelessly insult your own kid because you didn't even bother lifting a finger to teach your kid, then you're officially an irresponsible garbage of a parent.
