Her people then decide to send her back to earth on a mission but during the journey back to earth, Xiaoqi's spaceship got caught in this wormhole of shorts that brought them back to a year before she met the ML, before they made the memories and met in a different way than originally.
The ML would have flashes of the memories they had made in the future put doesn't really know what they mean and misinterpret them as they haven't technically happened yet. And Xiaoqi doesn't remember because they were erased (though I believe she had saved them and will regain them somehow).

And if the tribulation still targeted shanggu after baijue, baijue planned to have tianqi go next instead and keep shanggu alive for as long as everything else and the ancestral god existed. i think that baijue wants his son to find someone who he loves like that in the future too to show that its not so scary to die for the one you love too.

I really love the first time when they were in the god realm more. I missed those kinds of interactions between the mains and with yuemi and the rest. And also the times when shanggu can be carefree too, unfortunately things can never be that way again and yuemi can't come back. I wish baijue werent so cold to shanggu too. Bai jue and qing mu are the same person and shanggu and houchi the same person in another life. But if they had to choose i thing qing mu's true love is houchi and baijue's is shanggu. Qingmu and houchi are the way baijue and shanggu wish they can be together without carrying the responsibility as true gods. I believe that baijue and shanngu love each other more than anything as well even more than their son. As baijue told his son its not so bad to die but wont let shanggu die no matter what even if it means going against the ancestral god and keep her alive for as long as the ancestral god and anything else.
aw I want a story where Mo Yihuai gets a happy ending with Tan'er too, their love story never had a happy ending. I wish maybe even in another world Xiaotan and Tan'er can separate and are actually twins or something and they both get happy endings
