five-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating represents my favourite series. they're not perfect by any means but i liked them enough to rate them this high; will likely rewatch them several times and highly recommend them to friends.

four-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating represents the series i decently enjoyed. they're not quite at a favourite-level but i'd still recommend them to friends for a good time and could potentially rewatch them later as well.

three-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating represents the average series that could've been better. not unpalatable but not special enough to get a higher rating. they're just okay to watch when you're bored or have nothing else to do.

two-star ⭐️⭐️ rating represents the series that i struggled to finish but decided to continue for a specific actor or actress that i'm really fond of, at least enough to put up with the torture of an entire series.

one-star ⭐ rating represents discontinued series i couldn't get into, couldn't finish despite getting pretty far or couldn't continue due to streaming platforms not making the show available in my country/region.
