I hate to be so hard on this drama because I get the impression I'm just expecting too much...but we never got…
That's precisely the beauty of this series. You don't have to be in love or be in a relationship to have sex. Physical attraction is simply enough. This is not a slow burn romance. I'm happily surprised that it is taking a different route than what we're used to in kdramas
I would watch it, but i have a tiny problem with the female actress….-, really nothing against her i know she…
I never really liked or disliked PMY, but in this role she is quite endeering. It´s a really good fit for her character and story wise. I think that you won´t be disappointed. At first I had my reservations with Song Kang, but he is doing a good job also. The story is moving fast and I do appreciate that. The first episode is a bit bland, but once you hit the second episode, everything falls into place and you´ll start enjoying the story.
Just finished episode 3 & 4 and I have to say that I´m enjoying the series quite a lot. I like how the story is developing. At first, I thought that Song Kang´s character was a bit irritating, but that was my own bias after the Nevertheless fiasco. However, I like how cool and childish he can be. It´s like a young person trying to play the mature role and I find it quite endearing. Park Min Young is doing a fantastic job, also I´m becoming a big fan of the cheating exes, they are so much fun to watch. I´m really looking forward to the weekend…
I first fell in love with Song Kang in Love Alarm he was so well casted as the spoilt handsome and tormented rich boy. He was so perfect in the role that he was the only redeeming thing of Love Alarm Season 2, which was by all means a monumental disaster. However his later works have left me desiring more from him. In Nevertheless he totally disappears. Him and costar aren´t able to carry the series. A pretty face can only go so far… First episode of Forecasting Love was very bland. Not really feeling Song Kang´s character. There´s a cdrama called Find Yourself where the young ML is a lot younger than the FL, but is a lot more mature when it comes to relationships and self worth in comparison to the FL. So it is a fun premise and an excellent drama. In this show his character is a little all over the place, can´t tell if is a directorial choice or Song Kang´s inability to ground the character. The second episode finally picked up. I was so surprised and delighted to see the beautiful Park Min Young playing a more mature character. So far I really like her and I also love (or hate should I say) her ex. Yoon Park is doing such a great job as the petty asshole ex. He is so fun to watch. It´s been a long time since I love a SML for all the wrong reasons hehehehe I could say that episode 2 ended on a high note for me… we´ll see how the story unfolds….
I don't want to argue with you, but people didn't really enjoy Lovestruck in the City and at the end of the day…
Perhaps when time passes and you grow less attached to OBS you'll understand my point. The directing of this series was brilliant, they did so much with so little substance. I have to admit that in this aspect OBS was mind blowing.
I can´t believe the high ratings for this series. It puts it up there with truly amazing and more complex dramas. Shit!! According to the ratings it even surpasses such gems that deal with heartbreak such as LOVESTRUCK IN THE CITY which without a doubt has a way more sophisticated plot and characters (main and supporting) have real and compelling arcs. Two of the supporting characters in LOVESTRUCK in the city have a relationship very similar to the one in Our beloved Summer where they have history of breaking up, but the way Lovestruck gave them closure was way more interesting and in a way more organic and consequential to those characters.
I love the series all the way up to episode 11. For me episode 12 was totally boring and it lost its initial appeal.…
I don´t doubt your relationship being wonderful, but is it drama worth it? I don´t know and I don´t want to know, i don´t really care for other people´s love life. Anyway, back to the show, my dissapointment with this series is that I really had high hopes for it. I was hooked from the get go. I liked everything about it, the depressed characters, the angst, the melancholic mood, everything was my cup of tea, but then came episode 12 and it totally ruined it. It was such a drastic change in tone. I can´t explain what it is but it lost its rhythm. Its charm went down the drain. I can think of a few kdramas that in my opinion were consistently great from start to finish such as It is ok to not be ok, Itaewon Class, Lovestruck in the city...
Lucky romance is a must watch if you find Ryu Joon Yeol as perhaps the sexiest Korea actor currently. Even if the FL is annoying and the plot is stupid watching Ryu Joon Yeol makes it all worth it hehehe so i give this series an 11/10 just for him
I love the series all the way up to episode 11. For me episode 12 was totally boring and it lost its initial appeal.…
You're right there's no proper way to date at any age as long as it is consensual, i guess what i meant to day is that it feels the same way of dating as they did when young which was really cute. Now as an spectator i find it utterly boring. Perhaps it is just me. I just lost the excitment...
Why the rating is not dropping but increasing!? 😫😫The starting was great. It was great till the mid. But…
I love the series all the way up to episode 11. For me episode 12 was totally boring and it lost its initial appeal. The main characters became sort of lame, 30 year old adults playing the puppy love after a long five year hiatus, just doesn't sit well. At this point the smartest move on the writers part is for the main characters to part ways forever. They no longer make a good couple, they simply lack chemistry in my opinion.
The second episode finally picked up. I was so surprised and delighted to see the beautiful Park Min Young playing a more mature character. So far I really like her and I also love (or hate should I say) her ex. Yoon Park is doing such a great job as the petty asshole ex. He is so fun to watch.
