Title Real Spoiler
It isn't bad, unless you are immature. This content is not for youngsters of course.
I use a Chinese website douban.com but you have to search with the native title not the English name I use it for all dramas since I don't know any Korean sites. On that site, a 6 is considered a "pass" and it's a good watch if you're into the genre or cast. 7-8 are really good watches and 9s are super rare, but if there is a drama rated 9 then it's a masterpiece. Most of them are rated really low because the system is only 1-5 starts, unlike MDL which has 1, 1.5 ... - 10

wow someone who has the same opinion as me?! it's the reason why I never take the ratings on MDL seriously and use a different platform. for most of the time, everything is rated 7-9 while on other rating platforms most dramas and films are 6> while 7 is a really high rating

It is ridiculous beyond the limit of the absurd, that it is decided to "replace" an actress with a production…
Looking from the perspective of the producers of the drama, that was not a surprising move. When an actor gets into a controversy, the drama their in, shows, and brand endorsements might end up getting boycotted or hated. Not only the Korean art landscape, but the Chinese art landscape too. Don't if you remember Fan BingBing's tax evasion case, but all the dramas she was in have been shelved for years and have either used face-changing technology to change the face, or not being aired at all. A more popular case is last year Xiao Zhan's AO3 case. Douluo Continent which just finished not long ago was delayed for a year until a month ago because of his controversy. And even recently at the beginning of this year. Zheng Shuang's surrogacy case caused her to be banned on all Chinese media by them government. In this case, she'd have to pay for the expenses of the face-changing technology for hundreds of millions because of her many dramas that haven't been aired yet in which she is the female lead. And the dramas that just weren't aired at all? If we put whether the drama is actually good or not, it's many people's hard work and sweat. The crew, production company, actors, director, everyone's hardwork to make the drama never had a chance to be seen by the audience. And of course for the production company that's hoping to earn some money out of it, if it never gets aired, of course there's gonna be 0 profit, and paying the entire cost of the drama too, unless it's like Zheng Shuang who had to pay for the face-changing technology because anything with her can't be aired. But unless the controversy is that serious resulting in a ban or the actor other terms of the contract resulting in having to pay a fee, the drama itself is just gonna shelved for who-knows-how-long. With all said, in the production company's perspective, replacing is not a surprising decision made if they don't want to end up paying on this drama instead of earning.

I'm boycotting all Mainland China's media releases (film, drama, music, everything) because of the widespread…
Maybe you should be considering not taking out your anger on the actors, idols and yourself. You might miss a really good drama starring great actors that you might love and awesome music by fabulous singers. I honestly think this is more of your loss, not the government's

Are chinese people really like sugar daddy stories nowadays? LOL
This drama is rated only 3.3 on douban for Chinese audiences and was frequently on the list of 10 worst Chinese dramas of 2020 and 10 most annoying characters. It wasn't very welcomed in general.

AvenueX has been simply raving about this drama, but I see no activity here...
kisskh high-rated and popular dramas are based on fandom and popular actors. This drama doesn't have popular actors and they're of the older generation too. I always use Douban for ratings too, not kisskh. AvenueX gives attention to the good dramas, not the ones with a popular cast, so I'm sure she's loving this Douban rated 9.4 drama!

can anyone explain this light on series thingy to me? Like is it a long series? If so whats the order ..?
The airing platform iQiyi is creating this "crime world" that's called "Light on Series" which all have a character named Yan Liang in them. However, that and the crime/thriller genre is all that the dramas within the series have in common. None of them are related to each other.

Where can you watch this drama with Eng sub
The English subtitles are really bad of where I can find it because it's all Google translated phrase by phrase. On YouTube people gradually started subbing some of the episodes titled English (United States). If some episodes don't have it and only have English, then that means there is only the Google translated version.

it literally isn't even Detective Chinatown anymore! Where's the "Chinatown"?
I guess that part is when Lin Mo became Tang Ren's "disciple" and he became part of "Detective Chinatown"

Title Sweet Revenge Season 2 Spoiler
who is that making revenges for her ? did the reveal it ?
They never revealed it, but it was most likely Miss Maeng because when she got fired the guy was like "based on your skill, you could solve this easily" and she was like "I know, I 'm just seeing how this'll turn out". Also, she was part of the computer club, so she's probably a computer genius.

What was the ending... Like was it happy ending? Did she love one of them?
Yup, but there were no kiss scenes obviously because the leads are all in their early 10s and underage.

Where can I watch this drama? It's not available on Viki and I can't find it on WETV. Apparently most Chinese…
There are only raw versions on YouTube and Dramacool and other websites. I couldn't find one with subs. I watch it on Dramacool, just try to use Google Chrome and then add an ad blocker from the Chrome Web Store because there are a lot of ads, pop-ups and redirects.
