Yeah, acting-wise Jang Hyuk was amazing. I do agree with the nomination. However, I was still attached to Purple Robe and later on I found Lee's portrayal in Gentleman's Dignity shocking XD he's subjectively just pretty awesome haha

I enjoyed it, although it was the one and only drama, which I watched in tv and I missed first three episodes (I read the storyline later). I liked the character played by Lee Jong Hyuk very much - how can a man dressed purple robe look so incredibly badass and classy at the same time? I like how interesting his character was in the feeling department. AND I FREAKING LOVED HIS SMIRKS. I mean, Jang Hyuk was really fantastic, Oh Jiho was really dear, brave and stuff, but for me the main badass of the series was cold smirking Mister Purple Robe.
