4 minutes into ep.1 i paused and i need to go mdl to seek more information. I heard this is not a sequel to PA but it looks like it started just right after PA ending? Also i didnt watch PA ๐ i mean i watch ep 1 or 2 of PA but thats it. While i heard PA drama deviated a lot from the novel source. then what about us who didnt watch PA or read the novel. You can not just throw us into that intro bruhh... unless there is somekind of flashback or are they gonna restart the story after the intro ๐๐I need some explanation if anyone understand what is going on before i invest more time to this drama. Just catch up with veils of shadow and i need some distraction while waiting for more of its episodes. I heard this drama was highly anticipated...
I watch this long time ago and i stop somewhere around ep.12 because it still airing and you know i always never go back to watch again if it miniseries (the attachment is too low, eventhough li fei is as main cast) today I managed to re watch from ep.1 and I realized lol Pei sun's commander played by Liu Ning. I keep looking at him because I am not sure also. As at vertical drama they always put smokey eyes make up for him ๐คฃ one of my favorite ML vertical drama. but I have love and hate relationship to his drama especially when he acts as scumbag emperor ๐๐
I like the 2nd prince. Although he always find ways to humiliate his brother but he always went nuts when people want to hurt Pei Xun.
The ending is so cheap they don't bother to explain anything. And does the 2nd prince also have memories? do they even rebirth again or he survives but decided to fake death so he can live normaly?
I just watch finished this... at 4.32 am. at first I have mix feeling how would I rate this drama. most often I skip rating and let my drama list without a rating. I only rate if I really like the drama and it's unique. I watch for cheng lei. and first half of drama is good. I keep eating the episodes nonstop until around 15 then I stop because have not updated. Yet the next day I went on to watch something else until this drama completed. I was watching Shadow Love and got disappointed with the first impression of the drama. So I thought let me just continue Lotfg cos I remember I like this one better. yes I did finished it in 2 days. but like everyone else say here. it went down hill. I can not really pin point what. It just the plot is too weak. no mind blowing plot twist, no crazy villain, even the big villain motivation is questionable. 2nd ML turned bad for no reason, they killed supporting character at the last min to justify and make the baddie more bad or something? the drama is too safe, if you know what I mean.
I still give this an 8 minus? Just because I like the main cp. like the production, pretty costume. And I love the battlefield, the fighting scene (although it doesn't as smooth as other drama) especially the last one where they paint everything red blood.
Found this yesterday as a new additional of iqiyi drama list. but like everyone say it feels outdated. Everything scream budget and I am surprise that the drama is full length 45 mins lol. It should be a mini with 24 ep 5 mins duration similar to vertical this type of plot is suitable for vertical drama. I cant handle it if whole drama she still keep her identity a secret despite how similar her attitude with the shengyue priestess.
The story is shallow and doesn't make sense. I think i watch 4 or 5 episodes and now put on hold.

Well he grew up outside china and he is fluent in english. And he is also one of those privilige/elites children which i dont give af. i watch him since ever night. really come along the way. so proud of him. matured perfectly.

Just appreciate that at least 7/9 of the current top 9 are a well chosen bois And they are all all-rounder to boot. Stuff that you dont see in other idol survivor shows.
