Having watched it, the Covid side story didn't bother me. Unless my subtitles were wrong (this is possible!) they were having an outing to celebrate the hard work of the medical staff (heroes) during Covid.
Maybe it can be seen as propaganda but I was thinking how great it would be if they did something like this where I live.
