Thank you for your kind approach, but do they have to show it not censored (+18) to be considered a ‘rape scene’ ? Isn't it enough to express it through dialogues? I’m not sure I understand that part — I’d appreciate it if you could help clarify.

Even though they didn't physically show the rape scene, they explained it with dialogues and showed it. And yes, he doesn't do it himself; but he commands it, he's the one initiating it. ("He's yours, make sure he doesn't die") Then if you look behind CC, you can see that the young boy’s clothes were torn and thrown away. This is not open to interpretation.
Idk it’s really disappointing that CC is/was a rapist… Nearly everything about the show is superb, but this fact prevents me from enjoying the character. Was it that necessary for his character development? I don’t think so.
