i agree that students should have given up their seat. But actually, the man was sitting in a seat reserved for pregnant people. Not a priority seat, but a pink one for pregnant people.
The girl asked him to give the seat to someone it was made for, however, he shamed the pregnant lady for going out and basically called her a nuissance to society. i disagree that what Wooyoung/Daeyeong said was body shaming. He just made up a reason why the man would deserve the seat. and the only reason why he would deserve the seat over a pregnant woman, would be him being pregnant himself.
the man should have given the woman the seat reserved for her and asked one of the students to let him sit. instead he attacked the pregnant women for existing because he felt it was inconveniencing him. i think your anger is misdirected ^^

where did you read the novel? i read it, but the translation was pretty bad, so i couldnt really get into the story. Personally, i dont think they will make it a slowburn, because they would probably be too afraid to bore their viewers... However, even if the romance happends quicker, the plot sounds so intriguing i hope it will still be a good drama🙏🙏
This history story chapter definitely had its flaws, but it was still very enjoyable imo.
