I did try my best but honestly this season has been boring to me. I gave up after the 2nd or 3rd episode. I can't even remember. Most of the guys seem sort of lacking in charisma/personality and I'm worried the ladies are going to spend a chunk of their time sticking to one person even if the person doesn't reciprocate just like jiyoung kept texting mingyu in season 4🤣 I don't think I can take 16? episodes of that

Omo minkyung and seungyoon are dating! Lol so happy for them. I totally did not see that coming. I can't even imagine what they'd be like together cos they never went on a date on the show 🤣 but I wish them all the best and hope they have a better relationship than their previous relationships. I just know in ah PD is somewhere proud of herself 🤣 2 reunions and 1 "long term" transfer couple that went public. She's definitely getting her season 5 💀

OMG I totally just remembered I still haven't watched episode 3🤣 I guess this is where my journey with heart signal 5 ends. I like the participants but the first 2 episodes gave me nothing to look forward to honestly.

The journey is far tho, 13 more episodes of this mess. I had wanted to watch at least until the female catfish came in but yeah, I don't think I'm going to do that. I'll come back after the show ends to see who the final couples are 🤷

Lol I had High hopes for the male catfish coming in with a bang but yep pretty disappointed and I wonder if he'll get any luck on this show. I think it's cool that he's a criminal lawyer tho.

It's funny how the young guys want noona's while the older guys have no qualms about getting to know yukyung who's the youngest.

I still find this season boring but the friendly interactions between the cast is at least saving the show. Right now only wuyeol and gyuri are serving romance while the rest are just giving friendship vibes.

Seo won continues to be my favorite guy just cos he's such a baby. Lol I just want to take care of him, I honestly don't see how everyone thought he was the oldest 🤣

I think it's so cool that gyuri is doing something she has been interested in since she was a child. Minju's voice change during her announcer practice was also really cool. The girls are amazing and I can't wait to see what the female catfish will be like whenever they decide to bring her in.

Even with all the changes and additions. I found this to be the most boring first episode of all heart signal seasons. The cooking scene was so hard to watch with all the boys focusing on 1 girl but that's literally the usual with heart signal so I wasn't even surprised. If I were gyuri and minju, I would have gone to sit somewhere but then again that'd probably come off as rude😩

Like all the girlies but surprisingly I'm finding it hard to get a favorite guy. I usually have a favorite male from episode 1 of heart signal and I've never had a favorite female on the show cos I always tend to like them all equally.

This season the guys all seem too bland for me to have a favorite. In fact, I was sure I would not have a favorite guy this season until Seo won started messing with the remote in the self talk room lmao it was so hilarious so he's currently my top contender for favorite guy plus his smile is actually so sweet and makes him seem like a child, I won't be surprised if he ends up being the youngest guy. I really hope the male catfish has personality for days tho cos right now I'm struggling with these 3 dudes.

Minju is a whole mood with her zero filter. I need her as a panelist instead of a contestant since these dudes clearly don't appreciate her. I just hope she stays careful with her pov before netizens start attacking her for talking against their favorite contestants or ships cos she seems like she'll talk and talk a lot🤣

I'm honestly not bothered about the photos cos they all look edited to me. I just really only shipped yy-bh on the show and not in real life so a part of me is hoping it's true he has a new girlfriend and yoonyeong doesn't have to be with him🤣. I've always said it, they gave me great moments on the show but I need her with someone else 🤣😭

I told y'all yoonyeong wasn't a victim or clueless. I'm very glad people can see that now. I kept saying it that there was no way she was as in love with Baekhyun as much as y'all thought she was. It was legit 3 weeks and exes are involved. Plus with her personality, there's no way she'd remain with him if he doesn't put in the work 🤷 they had their fun. I was entertained. The show ended. Everyone went back to their real lives.

Woke up to see Baekhyun has a new girlfriend. I was right after all. He and my baby Yoonyeong would have their fun on the show but there's no way they'd last outside after knowing each other for 3 weeks in the presence of their exes🤣.

Glad I got my show endgame. Now can I get my original delulu ship😭😭 I've been begging for a yoonyeong - jaehyeong from my siblings romance interaction since like forever 🤣🤣.

I hope he and Seseung at least invite her on their YouTube channel. I will take any crumbs I can get.

P.s: here's hoping baekhyun is actually nice to his new girlfriend. None of all that toxic relationship crap. Let's hope he learns from his past mistakes. (I'm just glad yoonyeong doesn't have to be his therapist/girlfriend 🤭)

Lol randomly came here and people are still on about how baekhyun did not like yoonyeong 🤣 nah at this point I should just start a prayer circle for everyone who watched this show cos inha PD really played y'all hard! Acting like we didn't all watch the same show.

1. Not once did baekhyun mention anything physical about his ideal type other than the person must have big eyes which ironically every girl on the show did. Even hyunji herself told seungyong that baekhyun doesn't have an ideal type so she says she's his ideal type. Baekhyun only spoke about his ideal type having a similar temperament with him and went on to say that he's the type that's easily influenced by the people he dates. If it's a calm girl, he becomes calm, if it's a lively
girl, he becomes lively. With that kind of personality, is it not possible that yoonyeong is now his ideal type after all in episode 1 they all agreed that the person you date somehow becomes your ideal type.

2. I think it's really funny how people think yoonyeong is some victim who has to adjust to baekhyun. Lmao it's funny cos just weeks ago a lot of people were claiming she didn't really like him and was only doing it for show, some people were even bending over backwards to prove that she wanted yooshik and now all of a sudden it's all she fell too much in love with baekhyun. Like what are we supposed to believe guys.

3. I wonder why it's hard for y'all to read personalities. Yoonyeong knows what she's doing, she lived in that house not y'all. If baekhyun did not do his best to show her he wanted her in and outside the house, she wouldn't date him. There were 5 girls on the show and only 2 of them were "women" enough to break up with the guys that treated them bad. Jiyeon broke up with woojin when he was mean to her. Yoonyeong broke up with jaehyeong when he wasn't paying her any attention. I rate yoonyeong more cos she was only just 19/20 and knew how she wanted to be treated by a man. Do you really think that same person who's now 25, older and more mature would accept less from a boyfriend? Lmao y'all are letting that sunny smile fool y'all. Yoonyeong is tough as nails. She literally had yooshik, baekhyun and Jihyun thinking she was older than she was and you all think she's some baby? Lol Jihyun waited till wonkyu broke up with her. Hyunji had her 2 guys asking for the breakup. In minkyung's case lol, she was basically forced into asking for a breakup cos yooshik took the cowards way out but she was also definitely broken up with.

4. Everyone keeps saying yy-bh won't last and I'm like so what?? 🤣 Apart from sera and jeongjin from heart signal 2, has any couple from a Korean dating show lasted more than 2 years? Y'all keep acting like they'll be the first to break up or something. If they stay together forever, whatever. If they break up tomorrow or yesterday, it's still whatever.

Urghhhh I can't believe inha PD made me forget Wonkyu was my favorite guy from episode 1 🤣 I still remember him knocking the wrong gate and going what a dork I love him already 😂! Obviously from the fake ass special episode it's clear how much of a lovable dork he remained all through but inha would rather show us "drama" than show the cast having fun and enjoying themselves.

All these scenes could have been put into the main show tbh. What I wanted from the special episode was the full conversations and interviews that were cut short. I wanted to see the girls bonding. Hell we didn't even get the yoonyeong and baekhyun scenes from the teaser. Nah inha PD really needs to go back to film school or whatever cos this manufactured drama she gave us is giving 🗑️ and this is coming from someone who doesn't even mind drama

Like I don't even have my hopes up. This is just wishful thinking. I really hope we get wonkyu-jihyeon and woojin-jiyeon scenes tho cos they really got the short end when it came to screentime. Infact immediately it was clear they would go back to each other, it's like I stopped seeing them on my screen 😂 a whole episode and barely any interactions it was very weird

I like people who do what they came in to do. His literal words coming into the house was "even if I get paid, I wouldn't go back to that relationship" so I don't know why people expected him to pick hyunji when he was that hurt and affected by their relationship/breakup and didn't want a repeat of it. He also said himself that he didn't expect hyunji to want him back because of how their relationship went and how they ended and he
was surprised she did. Like I said he's a crazy dude. Super emotional with "artistic" tendencies 🙄 which is why saying things like let's meet in our next life comes naturally to him. I honestly feel like we even need to ask him if he actually believes in reincarnation cos that shit was so hilarious to me 😂😂. Anyway you can have feelings for your ex but want to move on to someone else if you feel the relationship has no future and that's exactly what he did. Call me delusional but I honestly don't think he was still in love with hyunji. He loved her, he was grateful to her, he hated her, he felt guilty for how their relationship went but none of this seemed like love to me more like nostalgia plus trauma bonding but whatever. He did have feelings for yoonyeong but I still don't get how viewers expects anyone to fall 100% in love with someone they met on a dating show right in front of their exes. Come on! Even if you're heartless, it'd be hard to go straight to "love". The show ended months ago so there's been time to get to understand each other and figure out if you really like each other but expecting that to happen in the show is crazy talk ngl. Yoonyeong might have been annoyed but it's not like baekhyun was cheating on her or anything so what exactly should she be pissed about? She knows what the show is about and knows there's a possibility people might still be attached to their exes. Even if baekhyun picked hyunji on the last day, I promise you she would accept it in good faith. Viewers are way too invested and transferring their own emotions and feelings onto their favorite cast members . I get it tho😂 I used to be like that too but I guess I've seen so many reality shows and know a lot about production that I can now laugh everything off.

Lol to each his/her own. I enjoyed all of their moments on the show and I don't think he was phony. Crazy? Yes. Phony? No. so I hope I get a lot of their screentime. It's literally a dating show that lasted a couple of days. It's legit not that deep 😂 everyone of them is enjoying their life and thriving outside 🤷

So we're getting the "special" episode this week 🙄 if tving and inha PD are not going to give me all the cut out yoonyeong and baekhyun moments plus the bonding moments of the cast especially the girlies, then they can keep their special episode 😡🤣

It would have been nice if they got the cast to react to the first episode just like heart signal 4 did

I know it defies the point of the show but since PD was crazy enough to do the 2 ex thingy, how about a season with exes from other dating shows. I'm talking singles inferno, heart signal, love catcher etc🤣🤣 sure we'd already know who is who's ex but I think it'd be fun to see if they would reunite or go with someone new. Might also show some insight on what their dating life was like and why they broke up🫢

There are young people who have very mature mindsets and there are older people who are still so immature. Again y'all need to read to understand and not just respond. If I was talking about age, I would have used the word older. I've said it a lot of times that hyunji in relationships is very emotional hence why she needs a mature person. He could be a 23 year old for all I care as long as he has a mature mindset that kind of person will be good for her. Yooshik can't even communicate properly, that's not the kind of person who would be good for her. Also please rich is always good, whether we like it or not, having money and the means to afford the lifestyle you want is not a bad thing as long as you're not tolerating abuse and disrespect from a man because of money. She plans to get married and maybe start a family, should she marry a poor guy and have her children suffer?
