the twists at least have to be plausible, some of them don't have enough build up to be convincing. still, a really entertaining drama.

i see what they did with this one 😭 there are some lines and some scenes and some tropes/essence in it that looks like it's taken/inspired from moon lovers, which they tried to change into something better or "make up" for what that did to us, or how do i word it, try to step up or appease people who like that kind of stuff but were dissappointed by how moon lovers went down??? which, of course, they're free to do.

but failed badly. BRO. you're not scarlet heart ryeo. scarlet heart ryeo is THAT GIRL. what is this drama. 😭 like, where's the suffering, where's the chemistry, where's the good acting, or the character development, or the music???? everything is very forced. maybe it's good enough for people who haven't watched many kdramas. i thought it was something it isn't, my bad. the ML actor tried, i can see that at least.
