I Believe You has had its production halted unfortunately.
It was reported that the production company of the drama, Mays Entertainment, halted filming in June due to investment issues. They were only able to complete 3 months of filming, beginning in April, after completing the pre-production stage. They confirmed afterwards that the investment issue was the cause of the delay. They were supposed to proceed with filming first and finalize a contract with an investor, but the company that promised to invest changed its stance, making it incredibly difficult to cover the filming costs and resulting halting the filming that was in progress.
The production company made efforts to attract other investors in order to resume with filming, but it has been 5 months since filming was had come to a stop and they still haven't been able to finalize a contract with a new investor to be able to resume. With the issue being that they are unable to pay the actor guarantees and staff wages, an increase in the possibility of legal disputes is possible.
A production company official told YTN, "We are trying to sort out the issue through a new investor, and we will take responsibility for the unpaid actor guarantee and staff wages and pay them to the end."

From yesterday: MI, the production company that produced 'Welcome to Samdal-ri' and 'Romance in the House', officially announced on August 29 that they will be co-producing the drama 'Spirit Fingers'. They said, "Spirit Fingers' was a work we were interested in because the original work was so excellent," and "We hope that the know-how and foresight we have accumulated over a long period of time in producing K-drama will be of help to the drama 'Spirit Fingers. '" We decided to co-produce with the hope of presenting a high-quality work that viewers can enjoy, and we will do our best."
Maybe this starts accelerating things with the drama's post-production and helps it releases sooner rather than later.
