Don't know for sure but maybe their post production is taking longer than expected? With the editing and cgi this'll probably take could be taking extra time which could be why it's put for at least the second half of the year. But even then i don't really think it would take that long to finish up, so could be a scheduling thing maybe?
Depends on when post production finished are their agreement with Netflix on scheduling. They editing team works on the drama as they film to not have to wait until the end, i guess they are confident that by at the latest June they will have the post-production process completed

Not too sure tbh. Whenever Netflix announces that they a producing a drama it usually drops randomly throughout the year so would prob just have to wait and hope it gets officially announced. Could be some mention of it when the 2026 Netflix Korea Line-up is revealed which should be soon
