I might have to rewatch the first few episodes again. He was attracted to her the first time he saw her right? And wanted to change himself for her but later he found out that her brother was the one that tortured him. He was already quite obsessive of her at the lab, I felt like he was putting in way more effort and planning just to have her before the blind date. The revenge was just a plus, made it easier. I still don't understand what he was thinking/ feeling till mid show....and when her brother died, why the dragon showed up, what he meant by he can't let go even if he tried now

Here's what I don't understand, I'm in ep 14 so far, does the guy wants to use the girl to take revenge on the girl's brother or does he genuinely likes the girl but doesn't know what love feels like?

I enjoy fluffy chinese modern drama's but they aren't amazing compared to historical dramas but this one wow, I think my top 5 c-modern drama. I love Esther so I'm mainly watching it for her + giving it a try after seeing 153352 edits. Only watched ep.1 but I'm blown away by the cinematography. Its stunning!! The lightning, slow zoom ins on the leads face to show their emotions, you feel like you are living in the show. Even the silence says so much, the director really did their thing
