Title Love and Fortune Spoiler
I feel like the further I get into the series the more unlikable Wako becomes. By the end it just felt like selfish desires and a bad attitude. She wants to have fun but screw up people's lives at the same time. You know Yumeaki is going to be damaged by that toxic relationship. It's a good thing she left Futa. That guy seems to be better off without Wako. He's married and has a kid. So maybe the problem wasn't him to begin and all just Wako's selfishness.

Well, he's actually almost twenty so in real life it's not that weird. He doesn't look fifteen either and she…
Yes, but he's not 20 in the series. He's 15. She's 31. They have sex. That's the problem. I'm looking at it within the movies world, not our real world where they're just actors. No one has a problem with the real life actors but the in-movie characters themselves.

I agree. I felt that it was realistically done until the end. It was clear that for Iko it was very sexual, almost…
Doesn't help that she even said "I love you" to him at one point which probably put his thoughts on overdrive.

I was disappointed in the ending. I got the vibe through the whole thing that the show was going for a realistic…
Same. It felt way too happy for such an incredibly screwed up situation. They basically handed both characters exactly what they wanted by the end of the movie. Yumeaki got to be a director and probably will move near Wako and Wako got to break free of whatever was holding her down, move to a new town and start her own movie theater. The whole love affair was just bypassed with no consequences.

Of course it's not, and they mention it repeatedly in the show, so what's the problem? They never act as if it's…
Like the other person said, there's no problem showing a story with this kind of premise but it gets weird when people actively root for them to be together. Like, no, don't. That's not something you should root for.

What a an awesome drama, very different from many other JDramas, it had the most modern fliming that I ever seen…
Don't know if she was likable but she was sympathetic at times.

i felt bad for the ex boyfriend if i have to be honest. in the end he wasn't supportive and he was completely…
Don't feel bad for him. Her breaking the relationship off was the best deal for them both. She's not exactly right in the head to begin with. And the fact that by giving him back the engagement ring and not telling him why to hurt him, that's just petty. He got off good though: a new wife and a kid.

y'all forget that the age 18 signifying becoming a legal adult is just a label. what exactly changes the second…
"hating on love is disgusting"

So is having sex with underage kids.

Do you not realize how impressionable kids and teenagers can be? A lot of them will take in any crap an adult says to them. Adults can manipulate and exploit young people. I don't get how people condone this. What if a 10-year old said she was sexually attracted to an adult? Would that be okay with you too?
