Can nobody identify the country they shot in? Which country has that many black and white folks living together?
I'm from the Philippines and they obviously wanted to portray the Philippines. They used our names, our flag, our currency. They copied our street food vendors, tricycles, taxis. I know the industry they wanted to portray and I can say they have an insider probably a victim who helped with the authenticity. Being beaten, jailed to ask for ransom is real. Even their dorm is realistic. Only non realistic thing is a glamorous syndicate boss. And the goons are armed with guns, not batons or metal rods.
