Dew's timeline is boring, because like every bottom role the Y series has, he doesn't have the ability to think, analyze, and act to handle his own problems, he doesn't even bother think about it. Everything will be done by his lover character - Mum. Mum is the one who discover of the timeline of two parallel worlds. Mum is the one who takes action to change it to save Dew. All the attraction lies in Mum and his actions.

If this is the third series where he plays this type of character, you've probably been bored with him for a long time, just like you're tired of his cool-faced handsome character.
