Ok i have decided that this weekly episode thing is driving me mad with curiosity and i know it's really tough but i am gonna hold it till the series gets completed to binge watch the remaining episodes at once.
So in that time, i really want you guys if you have some time to tell me Dramas on similar theme like a slow burn and it's even more good if it includes a child reads/learns his mother/father past and why he or she broke up and then maybe help reunite them.

Tbh i think Kim Min Chae might be too young to remember her parents (in this case Yurim and Ji Woong) who may have died or something and NHD hid that fact from her and adopted her hence grandmother also didn't mention.
The confusion is that the writer sometimes show a side in the past that suggests one thing like there won't be endgame and then it shows something else, right now it's way too unpredictable.
However, i do believe that BYJ isn't dead in present times simply because all the events so far till episode 6 shows there won't be an endgame and i think writer wants us to think that way for the opposite to happen in the end. The present time with no BYJ so far is just a smokescreen.

I honestly believe that Yurim and NDH will become bestest of friends and Kim Min Chae might be daughter of Yurim and NDH adopted her after yurim died since she became her best friend.
I like how everyone is giving their theories on what might happen to BYJ in the future and who is father of Kim Min Chae, i think that Kim Min Chae has to be child of Yu Rim which NDH adopted after Yu Rim and Ji Woong died in some sort of scenario.
Can't see Kim Min Chae as NDH and BYJ's daughter since first of all i think BYJ isn't dead in present time and secondly if KMC is really BYJ's daughter no way he would never meet her.
And i am a firm believer of this that so far writer is pointing everything towards how their isn't any end game between NDH and BYJ which makes it more believable to me that present time is all smokescreen and their will be endgame.

Sorry for the late reply, they finally get together in 12th episode and the love triangle isn't so severe, second ML sure had feelings for her and wanted to be with her but FL had always ML in her heart
Even though this trope is so cliche and been done so many times, i actually liked this way more than expected, it had a different flavor to it like the romantic tension between the leads was superb. I don't normally like love triangles but this one was a breath of fresh air. It wasn't intense but it was actually well done.
The best thing about this drama for me was the true love of FL for ML. From first episode till last she was only and only in love with ML while in love triangles FL mostly have encounters with both ML but that's not the case here which makes her love even more real.
Ok so i finally managed to watch this drama since i put in on hold because of the comments on here and being in two minds, i want to throw in some points:
1. Yes, the story is controversial, highly controversial if you watch the events of first 10 mins of first episode.
2. I have no problem with story going towards a happy ending because both ML and FL were in love later on and FL deep inside loved the ML literally midway of the series.
3. My only problem and that's a BIG problem with the plot is that the directors simply can't redeem ML with his nice and helpful gestures towards the FL later in the story especially after what he did in the first episode. I am sorry that's a NO NO. There are more suitable ways for ML to redeem.
4. As for how to redeem the ML, the directors could have easily turned the story in the end as how ML realized his mistake and handed himself to the authorities, serve his punishment which can be 1 to 2 years since he was being manipulated then realized his vulgar act and FL also forgave him hence a short sentence. That's the way you can redeem ML and not by him being nice and helping FL behind the scenes.
5. And yes, the children are so CUTE, omg love their scenes.
6. Overall i give it a 7.5/10, the drama is good, chemistry between the leads is superb and i have no problem with happy ending since they both loved each other. But the redeeming part is joke, you can't be forgiven for heinous act because you repented on your mistake just by saying it.

The story was captivating and keeps you on the edge as what will happen next and i agree PIAK character was annoying but the acting of the leads overcome that pretty well. This is a proper HATE to LOVE drama, i have seen many dramas from this genre but nothing comes close to this, this one is a real badass as how ML hated the FL lmao.
I know Mark and Yaya have their own long time life partners (Mark with Kim for 7 years now and Yaya with Nadech now for 10 years) and have been in dramas with their lovers as well but i never felt the same chemistry and sexual tension between Mark and Kim or Yaya and Nadech as i felt between Mark and Yaya in this drama. Mark and Yaya chemistry in this drama is simply mind blowing and no one comes close to this. A masterpiece!
This is the 2nd best version after obviously the original one in Taiwanese "In Time With You (2011)", Although five different versions have been made on this no one comes close to the Taiwanese one, however the Japanese version is still better than the likes of Korean and Thai version.
Ok so few things i really needed to relieve out of my chest:
1. This drama has been remade 5 times in different languages and this Taiwanese version is STILL the best version of this story. 2. Chen Bo Lin absolutely stellar performance, rightly deserved and won the best male actor award for this drama, the role of enduring everything within himself and not being able to express your feelings was perfectly done by him, also he is so handsome in this drama. 3. The chemistry between CYQ and LDR is out of this world, totally scintillating!!! 4. The ending was a little rushed imo but the acting of main leads overcome this.
Yo Han has been shown a clever and smart guy in this drama who anticipates beforehand what action his enemies will take and how he will deal with that yet in EP 11 the writer totally throw that out of the window. How come an intelligent and mastermind Yo Han didn't think that Cha Kyung will kill herself when she told Ga On and Yo Han to wait outside because she needs to think while smoking cigar and her reaction tells you there that something isn't right, Yo Han also already knew she had a gun in possession from the previous scene by the river and Yo Han just went outside ?? Lmao, so i guess he is not that intelligent that writers made him out
Choi Yoo Jin absolute stellar acting throughout the drama, the perfect evil queen. She was portrayed as a villain but the backstory of her past is painful and you feel sad for her. I have rewatched it for the 3rd time and i am still angry that we never get to next stage between Je Ha and CYJ. The interactions, eye contact, dialogues and the tension between them is at PEAK!
Yoona was a total disaster, no acting skill here, no expressions whatsoever. Still annoys me her character to bits also the ending could have been done so so much better.
