Thank you all for your responses, I feel stupid now as the answer was fairly obvious – In is shying away from being confident in who he is due to being stuck in the past "on the eastern side of the date line", while Wang is unashamed of who he is as he lives in the present "on the western side of the date line", thus the 180th meridian separates them.

I cant't even get into how much I absolutely loved this or I'd be here all day. Also, too soon. Just, too soon. It'll take me a year or two before I can talk about this without dying inside instantly, this singlehandedly destroyed me. That being said, I need to ask: What exactly was "180 degree longitude" a reference to? Like when Wang says at the end that it's the only thing separating him and In, what exactly does he mean? Anyone?

Candy really had her whole mic hanging out in the pub scene while Daonuea desperately tried to cover it with his arm and no one thought about cutting that scene out during editing. All I wanna know is H O W did this absolute clusterfuck make it into television?

Who exactly thought that story 2 is the kind of stuff that should be promoted? People ruin idols' lives by fantasising about this exact fairytale - two idols are secretly in love but the industry tries to tear them apart. We definitely don't need bl dramas to reassure them that they're onto something, if anything these people need a reality check in the form of a drama about a shipped couple in the entertainment industry that is NOT together and has to try and live with the insane people hellbent on proving that they're in love, when they're not.

I literally haven't made it even halfway through the 5th episode but I had to come and scream about THE MUSIC!! Why is it so goddamn LOUD?? And W H Y does the track change every 10 seconds??? For the love of all that is holy STOP before my fucking head explodes, what exactly were the editors smoking while working on this?? jfc

Man, that scene of Vegas and Pete meeting after Pete's escape is gonna stay with me. Say what you will about Build as a person, no comment from me on that because I honestly don't care, but as an actor? God damn. Bible as well, I can literally FEEL the level of emotion between them through the screen. Vegas apologising in _that_ tone and holding onto Pete's arm, the way Pete speaks volumes through body language alone esp when he carefully touches Vegas' face, paired with that stunning soundtrack... hell, I'm about to be stuck on this. Both Vegas and Pete are such well constructed, unique characters that are so likeable yet tragic in their own ways, I feel like they connect in a way that makes them bring out both the best and the worst in each other, hence why they're so drawn to one another for no apparent reason. A beautifully sad story, I can't help but fear for how it will end.

I genuinely feel like this show was written by some extraterrestrial being trying to mimic human behaviour, literally NO ONE acts even a little bit like these characters do. I'm starting to think this show was named 'Check Out' because everyone in it is just that - checked right the fuck out. The second hand embarrassment I feel watching this is getting overshadowed by the pure confusion of what exactly I'm even looking at. It's so bizarre it's actually almost entertaining.

Copter's acting is so good, that whole scene with him breaking down over the whole Pha situation was brilliant. A shame to see his talent wasted on this shitfest of a plot, at least Kimmon is also talented and their chemistry is beautiful. They really need a drama for __just them__ after all these years, why is it so difficult to make a Thai BL with only ONE couple in it? It doesn't have to be 12 episodes long, this drama is living proof that more screen time is certainly not always better. Also, wouldn't mind it if they scrapped the awkward stillshot kisses, just peck like normal people, jfc.

And here I was thinking that after 3,5 years of waiting after 2 moons s1 I was finally gonna get a series focused on Kit and Ming/Mark but of cOuRsE they're gonna make Wayo/Wayu the central character AGAIN... The lack of chemistry he had with not only Pha in 2 moons but now also with Thanu, and that dry as hell acting... MarkKit could never, they are clearly comfortable with each other and that shows in not only great chemistry but good acting as well. I better see more of them in s2 instead of it all being about wayu/pha/thanu (which I'm sure it will be smh). Also p l e a s e cut down on the amount of couples, I skipped like all scenes with that one couple that made an entrance in like episode 8... So unnecessary.
