I was feeling a bit uneasy to start this drama because of the rating but I decided to give it a try and surprisingly the drama was pretty good. It doesn't deserve anything lower than 8.2!
What I want to complaint is the video filter (?) of the drama. I just don't understand why would they chose a thriller-movie-like filter for it. It feels like the next thing that would happen is a murder scene 😭 Alsoooo, the first 2 eps, I feel like there was fog on my screen, I somehow want to clean the non-existence fog.
The story setting were nice but one of the pairs really doesn't sit right with me, too annoying. If only Cheng Miao's story is much more highlighted and more screentime for her, this drama would have at least got a 80. I only liked her story in the family.
