omg!! I'm taking my a levels soon as well. I want to watch so many things but they are all either too long and need me to focus long term or just really heavy watches 😭

I rated most of them ⭐️9 to 10. but i think a dream of slendour, it honestly left a great impression on me for one i love both the actors but they also had such great chemistry and not just physically but intellectually. usually you'll watch a drama and maybe one of them kind of mans the dynamic of the relationship but with these two they just made perfect sense, they lift each other up with the other being overshadowed. The atmosphere and styling was amazing. Apart from the romance theres the female leads relationships with her friends, her business related struggles and her struggle with her identity because of class and gender related divisions in that dynasty. I appreciated it a lot more after i finished it cause it was hard to find something just like it.

I noticed on your profile that you like business women, and maybe close female friendships so i recommended the glory, a dream of slendour and flourished peony. and if youre looking for a revenge plotline i think legend of zang hai is good. I'm new to watching and tracking dramas but i do hope that its helpful :)
