there are so many negative comments about this because of how many deem it cheesy and cliche, i see where they're coming from but i honestly ADORED this so much. the soundtrack is beautiful, the leads had excellent chemistry and it made me laugh + cry (coming from someone who has seen many, many different kdramas of different genres) and i would definitely rewatch it again.

it reminded me of hotel del luna in a way and i felt that the multiple genres was very well executed and combined together, but it really depends on the person, i get it. i really loved it myself, personally

i really liked him in hikaru no go but after realizing he was problematic i was very disappointed :(

personally, i think this could've been better if they didn't focus so much on the crazy exes plotline :/ i love the main couple and their chemistry though

im not a fan of shows that drag out so that's my only concern about this, but i suppose it's not a big issue?

will this be as good as '97 and '88? it looks really long and time consuming and people seem to prefer '97 and '88 (both which i've seen). is this one worth it? would love to hear some opinions :)

hi! i was not invested in the middle either and was a little bored - BUT please hold on for a little because the back parts are absolutely excellent and now i am fully into the story + am absolutely excited for season two. just try to make it through some of the middle parts, it'll be 100% worth it.
