The "current" is the actual timeline. Key is the movie tickets. How was able to say it:
Back in Ep 1, when the young Suansoon watch a movie, he got the G9 seat. On the screen when the seating is shown, G8 & G7 are already taken. The older Soon might have hinted the young Ongsa that the younger him will watch, hence, the two young versions ended up sitting to each other.
We know that the older Soon told the young Ongsa that they should not be together, but why hinted the young Ongsa that the young Soon will watch the movie? Perhaps they made a deal that at some point in their relationship that the young Ongsa will breakup with the young Soon, based on the trailer where the two is having a dramatic scene.
Buf I am confident that what is being shown happened before the events of episode 1.
If you search on the web, the age of consent in Thailand is... 15... There countries age is 14. From the eyes of a Thai producer is it not something unusual.
The big no-no in a time travel happened. I thought I would see something similar to Back to the Future when a person is slowly disappearing because the past has been altered.
Yep, that is one of many time paradoxes. The other is, the future person that travelled back in time "protected" the timeline of the person is from. Meaning, a new timeline has been created. Dr Strange said that out of the 14 million timelines, there is only 1 that they end up defeating Thanos.
Disclaimer, if you are fond of doing critical thinking on trivial things or nuances only, this series is not for you. Any time travelling story is opened to endless possibilities.
Anyone else feels slightly uncomfortable with the older version of Suansong and younger version of Ongsa getting…
It is creepy indeed, and you might have missed the point. From Ongsa POV, the feeling is familiar even before meeting the younger one. Given that premise, does it mean SS & Ongsa are destined?
It is the same that when you meet someone for the first time, and you feel that you know the person from somewhere or for a long time already, that would be the same. Also, Thailand age of consent is 15.
This tone is just the tip of the iceberg called "time travel" and it can get confusing and messier.
Chimon is so natural delivering his lines. Perth on the other hand is master in projecting emotions.
When I was losing hope for a reunion of love from "My Gear and Your Gown", I am now hopefully. And just a matter of time before they will be main leads for a GMMTV BL series
For a lonely person, everything moves much slower as the person sees everything, every details. Every moment is amplified, enhance. One can see the change in pace after Soon and Ongsa met.
When I learn that Soon is living alone, the movie that was shown in the outdoor cinema came into my mind, specifically the scene discussing loneliness. Brilliant reference!
"Lu Yi Peng graduated from Royal Hong Kong Police Cadet School" and still the main character has not been casted yet? Will the production team get someone from Taiwan that played a BL character already?
The former is Kang... How about the love triangle? Wait... Let me lay it down first.
The latter is Sailom.
The triangle is not what it seems. What Kang feels toward Pimfah is more on the platonic level, adoration, a sense of familiarity.
Why asked her and try to keep Sailom away for the uni tour? My theory is that he wants to tell her what he feels towards Sailom, that is why he reacted that way in the padlock scene. A rival. But isn't it he planned it with Pimfah? He just wants to be with the same uni as Pimfah, he feel more secured and will not be looked down to. Anybody in Kang's position will be surprise to learn that, it happened right under his nose. And to add, he thought that he knows Pimfah that well.
The "couple shirt", need I say more? He practically wants to be "paired".
You know that feeling that you feel somehow connected to someone, like you know that person in the past. In this case, it is Sailom. The umbrella.
Again, I could be wrong. But basing on the trailer for next week, I'm confident that I got half of it, at least. LOL
This was one of the main actor, Sand, thesis in Chulalongkorn Uni. Understandable limited budget and no season actor. For context, this is Up's very first acting stint.
Then this was turned into a novel which GMMTV picked up. As many will know, the said production company love adapting novels. Also, he is the scriptwriter and directed of the series.
A heartbreaking series? SIGN ME UP! Personal preference as happy ending is overrated. Hearing Boy Sompob definitely sets the mood for a heart crushing story.
One of those stories that incorporate the temporal paradox... A headache to understand that will open to infinite possibilities. But looks like a mix of predestination and grandfather paradoxes.
- Scenes with unspoken words that impacts more is truly something. You focus on every details, and it didn't fail. Managed to feel what the characters are feeling. - Wei Zhe is better at expressing through actions than words - That wushu (?) is something and caught me by surprise - Bu Xia's sister in the series can really pass as genuine in real life - Many flawed, awkward scenes when it comes to acting but I see the intention behind those after all both leads' first main role
Breaking things down, so far: - Jiang Chi does not do accident. Everything he do is deliberate and with a reason - Bu Xia is an overthinker - A deadly combo for either of the two - That Slam Dunk reference, if it holds true, then there will be a key scene in the anime that will happen here as well - When Bu Xia is doing a monologue with the keychains, and mimicing Jiang's voice is freaking adorable - The interview was the turning point for Bu Xia - This plot there is always one that falls first, and who fall harder. The former is establish, and for the second one, does it matter? - Preview for the next episode, even it looks like the second to the last, it will be Bu Xia's turn. And I for one cannot wait for it!
For the longest, HIStory 3: Trapped is my favorite... Well step aside Shao Fei & Tang Yi, Jiang & Bu Xia officially toppled you as my top and it is just episode 5!
Jiang's stare is to die for! While Bu Xia's goofiness take one's breath away!

And, de javu? Make Our Days Count is waving? I won't be surprise, after all, Wayne Song is in the house! LOL
Though I beat around the bush. LOL
There was no love triangle to begin with.
Umbrella will still be the key.
Who fall first?
&
Who fall harder?

Everybody needs to start somewhere.

I couldn't care less the nuances, how illogical what happened so far! I will not ruin the experience by being too critical about everything!
Happy pill for the weekend!
