I thought Jin's hallucination might have possibly indicated that Keng also dit something similar with/to him. Since before when everyone was having hallucinations, Jin would *only* hallucinate about Keng, and not Non, which didn't make much sense to me since Non was the one he liked. But if Keng did something similar to him it would make sense as he would be hallucinating about what happened to Non happening to him
