No, it's absolutely nothing like Jinny's Kitchen. If you want more of that you should watch Youn's Kitchen (2 seasons) and Youn's Stay (basically Youn's Kitchen S3 but different). Jinny's kitchen is Youn's Kitchen S4 but without Youn Yuh Yung.

You also might like 4 Wheeled Restaurant (4 seasons).

I think they mostly used Shin Ramyun and Chapagetti. As for kimchi, I don't know the brand they used but Jongga is a readily available one. But making your own kimchi will taste much better.

It's a popular show so I think the chances of another season are pretty good.

The writer didn't even want to do a S2 initially so I guess we are lucky we're getting one at all.
