Watch the entire drama so far until epsiode seven. It seems like everyone want the old same story where the mfl and ml have backstory and have known each other since childhood and falls in love blah blah. But what I have seem so far is that everyone is missing the point. When HJP wrote those letters, it was at the request of the grandma and he felt nothing toward her. He only wanted to help her at the start because of the debt to the grandma. Heck he didn't even remember most of the stuff she wrote back to him. While DS not knowing her, only read the letters and was so move to the point of showing up for her. My point is HJP at the start didn't have any romantic feeling for her while DS was basically love at first sight for him. And DS character is growing standing up for the MFL and coming up with their future business plan.
