absolute masterpiece. nothing i hated about it

Listen I'm a Dex girly as much as the next person but the fact that he stood next to Nadine for so long, probably making her build that hope inside just to move away from her was just completely unnecessary and cruel. I don't know if the producers asked him to do that to build suspence or do some kind of plot twist but if it was completely his own choice, it gives him a bad look.

am i the only one that cringed whenever they spoke? the final episodes of the season felt like a korean mlp but in human form with all the “power of friendship” stuff they had going on.

definitely a big down grade from season 1

they definitely have the chemistry to make the romance good but i hope it doesn’t mess with her job too much (ik it will)

in other demons cases sure but i really don’t want bitna to stop her revenge because of ‘human morals’ which is far beneath her because she is quite literally the judge of who goes to
hell. the fact that she’s already feeling some guilt for her actions this early just tells me it’s going to mess with her revenge later on.

fr i've become pretty bored with those scenes and i feel like that time could be spent making the story way better

SEASON 2 I BEG

I was definitely super confused during the first two episodes but it was a good watch nonetheless. Wish they expanded more on what happened to the little boy though.

Before I started the series I saw all the bad comments and still decided to watch. To this day I regret my decision and sincerely hope there won’t be a season 2 of this monstrosity

There is one and honestly it was disappointing.

I assume BOF was the “best” drama that came out of 2009. It was a first for many but it is clear that the standard was much lower back then. Perhaps the humour in BOF was a knee slapper in 2009, but it doesn’t make the cut now. I’ve recently began watching Meteor Garden just for a comparison and Meteor Garden is a far more tolerable watch than BOF was for me. Me giving Sweet Mobster a 10 is a matter of personal taste which I’ve seen many agree with. It had its faults but I still enjoyed every second, but BOF was just a mess with hot men to make up for the lack of plot.

there’s nothing to understand. maybe it was good for it’s time, but people only like it because it managed to become a classic despite how bad it is.

I couldn’t continue after 3 episodes. I found everyone so infuriating I couldn’t handle it. The way the FL is all cutesy and so what of a ‘girlboss’ annoyed me and almost every word out of the ML mouth reeked with misogyny adding on to the fact that he was also a terrible human being. I know it was probably all the rage back then, but it’s not working for me now.

it’s like the producers got two pretty faces for ML & Fl and said, “Yup, that’s all we need.”
