This drama is actually so good I honestly don’t get the hate. It’s different from other time travel dramas,…
I totally agree with you! This has gotten me out of my slump! I've contemplated rewatching old dramas until I watched the first two eps. I've laughed and cried (at the scenes with ML's mother and him in his youth) and gotten annoyed at Consort Kang and theres only been 3 eps. Keeping it light hearted overall, I'm excited to see whats in store! I am also surprised about Yoona and Lee Chaemin's chemistry - was worried when they replaced Park Sung Hoon as ML but I think LCM fits this role perfectly now seeing it!
I think he's not shady but suspenseful, He might be the husband of the former employee Su Yeon which is SY as…
Ahhh! Idk why I assumed Su Yeon was a guy because they mentioned in the preview how someone came to the lobby and threw a fit publicly at Mirae (so I assumed it was SY's wife for maybe helping her out or more since we dont know the case details yet). I didnt think it could've been Tae-i's but that would make sense how the note got to her desk at the same time
Does anyone understand what is going on with Mirae's coworker Tae-i? The one that keeps helping her... seems so sus... especially when he went home and said he had to keep helping Ms. Yu (Mirae). I guess because they mentioned he's a married man? Either way, it was also sus when he left the hangover drink for her on her desk and there was a note from S.Y. the supposed work "case" she was involved in which we don't know the full extent yet. Does Tae-i and S.Y. have any relation... I'm so worried for Miji (in Mirae's place)!!! Perhaps it was a foreshadow when she mentioned Tae-i was just spying for the execs and not actually helping her...
I had really high hopes for this drama. I loved it until the last episode... I feel like there were so many loose ends still. What about finding out that chairman's wife and their son was working with Mr. Yeom? Snakes still live inside the family. I liked her and Seonu at the bakery but as the story goes, Woomin plays evil characters so well, I was just waiting... and the foreshadow of him joking about pushing Taehyun. Ultimately, I think Taehyun didn't deserve to die he just wanted to escape with his mom... he's the sweetest one in the family and while that doesn't really matter in this type of show, you still feel bad...
Overall I feel like this drama at times became very "filler" with the back and forth but we're still lacking a lot of depth flushing out certain characters and the ending seemed rushed. I understand that not all endings are happy but it leaves a lot of questions rather than answers for me. Still the acting was good enough to keep me entertained till almost the end
If anyone here has also watched Moon Sang Min in Wedding Impossible, Seo Ju Won here reminds me a bit of Lee Ji Han in that he's also the youngest chaebol son that entered the company secretly. The FL in this drama also reminds me and slightly resembles Jeon Jong Seo's Na Ah Jung but only in appearance and similar hair styling! So random but so far loving the first two episodes!
Omg, why are Kim Hye Yoon's dramas always jumping back and forth with realities - if anyone else has watched Extraordinary You, you'll know exactly what I mean. Ahhh! It's killing me
Does anyone else draw some similarities to 20th Century Girl in the first two eps? Aside from him dying (as usual), our FL's family owns a VHS movie rental store, he somehow ended up with an adult film again, and he also saw the FL being disciplined while holding something up in the air (in this case the cigarettes + lighter instead of an adult film).
Praying for our alternate world 20th Century Girl happy ending? Haha, hopeful...
The last episode I watched was ep. 8. Is it worth finishing guys? I haven't watched this show for 4 weeks... I might just finish it because I've gone this far already.
eeing the show drop at 6.9 is so depressing but seems fair from what I read, lol
Just finished ep. 16! I had high expectations for this drama and going into this, I expected it to be exciting and fun. I knew it would be good but I didn't expect it to be this great! It had a little bit of everything and it truly made my top dramas of 2024! Looking forward to S2, I hope the entire Team 1 comes back!
I've been hearing rumours of a potential S2 and they're trying to get back our two lead actors to come back. Not sure if this is confirmed or what but I am hopeful!!
