On Never Let Me Go Feb 14, 2023
I think the problem here is the screenwriter and the director(maybe?), they failed to flawlessly flesh out their own ideas into a series. Base in what I understand in the novel, it’s clear why Nueng and Palm has to go to his mom and hide. It’s also clear why he decided to go back and take over. But in the series, it’s not clearly conveyed, sadly.

You’re so real for this. They care for the D more than the family.

It’s good but not great. There’s high and low to this drama. If you don’t like slow paced kind of series then this is not for you.

sooooo can we agree that chimon and perth are carrying the show..?edit. so my comments are usually ignored here…
No, not really. I say Pond and Phuwin’s visual is carrying this show, because most of the viewers are swooning over their visual and body more than the drama itself.

Not really because most people watch it in gmm25 it's easier and without being cut in parts.

No. I’m Thai and just like other series under gmm this series is blocked for Thai viewers on premier. We watch it in gmm25. It will be available after 24 to 36 hours just like other series.

Seeing all of the comments.... am I the only one who is obsessed with this show? I'm always going to be in love…
I love it. There’s a lot of questionable plot hole, yes, but I’m still enjoying it.

I want that too! But sadly Nueng kept everything to his self. As what Thanya said Nueng never tell her anything.

allergic to ALCOHOL ? come on be serious lol
You don’t know that there is such a thing? It’s more of alcohol intolerance caused by a genetic condition in which the body can't break down alcohol efficiently. It’s common on people in asian descent. You can search it of.

I kinda fail to "feel" this show. I like all characters and all dynamics but somehow for me something's missing…
My sister told me the same sentiment. She is a self proclaimed number 1 Pond fan, but she is not really in to this that much. Her reason is because it’s already episode 4 but the story has no clear aim. They are still stuck inside the school storyline, like they already forgot about the assassination of Nueng’s father and they are not doing anything to make him ready for the position that he is meant to take over.

I don’t know but I see a lot of comments that he is a bad actor and he is annoying. Every time he is casted in a series there’s always people who questions why he got the role or why they give him a lot of acting projects. There will always people who will say that they should have casted other actor instead of him. Something like that. But here in Thailand we are always happy to see him in a series or any shows.

Zero chemistry? Really? I don’t know about you but a lot of people see chemistry between them. And GMMTV invest in them because they deliver and there’s a roi. Here in Thailand they are one of the popular among the gmmtv ships, they have a lot of fans who consume and buy their products and a fandom who invest in them. Neo and Louis did not generate a lot of fans in Thailand. I think you just don’t like Phuwin to begin with, I see a lot of hate towards Phuwin internationally. But here in Thailand everyone love and adore him. In case of acting he not the best actor but in this series he is not the worst for sure.

Title Never Let Me Go Spoiler
Omg.. if so then did the kiss between ben and nuengdiao happen.. and how do they breakup...Last question is it…
It should happen but there’s a lot of difference in the novel. Like they should be liking each other even before Palm came. But here in the series Palm is already there when they start flirting. And Nuengdiao should not be liking Palm by now. He start to realize his feelings when they run away to hide because someone trying to kill them. So I think a lot where change in the series. The ending is open ending. It’s sad and hopeful at the same time. I’m sorry I have limited English.

queen/king of spoiling
Hahaha. But I think they change some part. Some part of the series is not the same in the novel. Like Ben and Nuengdiao like each other before Palm came, but in the series Palm is already there when they start flirting. So maybe some changes are made.

You are correct! He is drunk based on the clip in the interview that gmmtv post today. And yeah it’s not the bullies in the school.

Phuwin, Gemini, and Dunk can play as siblings in a series. I mean they don’t look exactly alike but Gemini and Dunk has a strong resemblance to Phuwin. I don’t know how my eyes are tricking me because I don’t really see resemblance with Gemini and Dunk but both of them sometimes look like Phuwin. I don’t know how to elaborate but yeah. Hahahaha

The two main lead has a great chemistry. There are something in the way they look at each other. But the actor who play Palm needs more acting workshop his acting is kinda raw, it’s not bad but it’s not good also. Anyway, this series is really good! I wonder why no one talk about it more. I don’t see my bl moots posting about it, good thing YouTube recommend this to me.

I wonder why here in MDL people are saying that Phuwin’s acting is bad, stiff, doesn’t have range, etc. But if you watch p’Jojo and p’Aof interviews and in their reaction for the first episode of this series they have nothing but praises for his acting. Especially p’Jojo he said that Phuwin played the role as what he imagined the character when he first pitched the idea of this series. And both of them agreed that Phuwin is the perfect actor to play Nuengdiao. For me, he is also doing a great job acting as Nuengdiao. I don’t have an acting background so my opinion maybe doesn’t have weight in them, but those directors, are they lying when they said he is doing a great job in his acting?

I maybe part of the minority because I like this story more than the other stories. But I will like it more if Peak is smarter and more cunning. I don’t know but I like this kind of main characters, I’m never a fan of goody goody always morally right characters.
