This feels awful, especially since I've seen a lot ppl talking sh×t about her and shaming her in the past few years. No one is perfect, not anyone. A young talented person gone too soon yet again.

Any idea was the instrumental version/melody of ryusei ever released? I heard it many times in the drama, but can't find it anywhere.. :/

Good main actors, but...Again, the overhyped, never ending first love trope...😪

It's one of the most gut wrenching drama endings ever, even almost a decade later.

Maybe writers thought it's better to leave up to the viewers decide themself how he was living since the fanwar was huge back then and many fans were already heartbroken about the fact that junghwan didn't end up with deoksun.

Junghwan as a character is amazing. Cold on the outside but actually so warm inside. This is shown many times throughout the story. He just didn't have the courage to confess to his first love when he still had the chance, that was also bittersweet and very realistic. But as he got to confess to her later, I'm sure that gave him the closure to move on finally.

I could talk about this drama forever, it seems. :D Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I also wish we would have gotten a glimpse of Junghwan and Dong ryeong in their adult lives and their parents! how they were all doing?, but I accept as it is and still feel that it's a very wholesome story overall as it is a story about youth and that place where they all once lived together. ❤️💘

Dong ryeong had his own business just like jungbong (someone can correct me if I'm wrong) and junghwan as a pilot. That's all we know.

But I think the writer intentionally left those out since mainly the story was about their youth and the time in Ssangmundong. As for them in their 40's I think all of them lead their own lives and might have not been that close anymore, apart from Bora, Sun Woo, No Eul but that's just my interpretation + I think the writer left room for viewers own interpretation here.

The end is very bitterweet, but I still think that it's one of the most well done drama endings ever.

I'm from Finland, I love that these boys visited our country, this will be a fun watch. ❤️

Officially in ep 19, but they have feelings for each other way before that. & They don't break up.

Deok Sun ends up with Taek, Bora with Sun Woo, Maggie with Jungbong. The "love triangle", if there really is one?.. it's between Taek, Deok Sun & Junghwan. And no serious fights with the main characters; one of the reasons that makes this drama the best there is.

Yub. ☠️ also some of the viewers see this story as realistic and that's also a part of the problem. Ok it's fictional but still makes me pissed that someone writes a story like this... i've seen spoilers of the last episodes and it's frustrating till the end.. 💩
