Well, I'd be lying if I said I was completely satisfied with the ending. However, I wasn't completely dissatisfied either. There were elements of it that I really liked. Obviously, I'm sad that the Governor died and there was no happily-ever-after for him and the FL. However, I did a happy dance when the FL blasted the nephew full of holes! Good riddance. I also liked that the FL ended up being in a strong position both politically as the next Governor and socially as the head of the household. She also appears to have toughened up into a shrewd Lady who knows how to handle herself. Although, I find it really sad that she's totally alone...both her sister and her man are gone. She's got no family...no friends, no one to lean on. I think they (writers) should have let one of the two live. If the Governor had to die, ok, but let the sister live....or visa versa, if the sister had to die, then let the Governor live. Its just a little cruel to kill them both, with all her other family dead. Or they could have her with the Governor's baby or something. She just looked so heartbroken and lonely at the end. Made me sad.

yep, he was first...2nd, 3rd, etc, judging from that follow-up scene on the couch. He was clearly expecting to meet up with her, and there was a level of familiarity to their conversation and physical touching which suggests that he's been having her on-the-regular!

I agree. the acting is pretty good. I think some people are critical because there's not a lot of subtly/nuance....but this is not due to a lack of skill, its an 8-10min episode. There is no time to be subtle. They have to get the point across...and sometimes display a range of conflicting emotions in one shot. I think its done very well for a short drama. No one is wooden or stilted...and the chemistry is smoking. Even the actress who plays the half-sister is convincing crazy in her limited scene time.

I totally agree. She has a cute shape and she's a very nice size as is. I think that's why she looks so nice in her costumes....she has something to fill them with!

I saw this coming. Now there will be a "who's the daddy" arc in the story with the uncle and nephew. I'm not a fan of FL being assaulted either, but honestly its the lesser of two evils. If there *had* to be a paternity dispute, I'd much rather she didn't willingly sleep with the nephew. He's an irreversible creep, and my like of the FL would be diminished somewhat if she hopped into bed with him right after she finally connected with the Uncle.

In America, this story is a romantic comedy staring Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler called "50 First Dates"....which came out in 2004. The tone and setting of the movie is different, but its the same storyline. I haven't seen it because I'm not a fan of Sandler and the premise seems so unappealing. However, I am intrigue to find out there is a Japaneses version....it looks way more interesting. I might watch
