My current guess is that Jaehoon is the current serial killer they're trying to find, Headhunter's son is the doctor Sung Yohan, and Bareum is the son of the woman who didn't want to abort her baby even though he had the psychopath gene.

I still haven't seen a historical drama since empress ki that even comes close to how good this drama was. Just a perfect blend of everything
