I'm on Episode 4 and enjoying the drama so far... I'm a little confused on some of the relationships in the show though. How are the Grand Queen Dowager and Queen Dowager related to the King/Queen? What is the Kim and Jo clan? If someone could explain to me these relationships, it would be much appreciated
